I Called for inquiry on my well installed by Heitman 20 plus years ago. I thought the control box must be bad. Bill gave me some good tips on testing the wires going down the well so I could confirm whether the pump needed to be pulled. I confirmed his advice on a known good pump moter I have as a backup. So I could then determine for sure my next step, which was in fact to pull the pump. He actually suspected, correctly, that a wire had burned out at the junction. Good call!

Heitman got us in the very next day, we were out of water! They worked very hard, did a excellent job and took great care of our old stuff.

Heitman called me back on the 4th of july.(very impressive)made an appointment for me the very next day.gave me a call to tell me the tech was on the way.super competent tech worked hours steady in the heat.needed a new in ground motor and control box.Except for the $2,100 bill i was satisfied with the work.but as we all know you cant just say Ill go without water.i would recommend heitman drilling to anyone.
