    First class service! I called Monday morning and they had my problem fixed by noon. One of the best experiences I’ve had using a service company. Professional and very nice and fair pricing. I wish other businesses were like them! Thank you for a great experience and fixing our septic system.

    These guys were great! Very infomative and also quick. As a first-time septic treatment system owner/user, I was never properly told how to check or maintain my system, so I kept running into problems over the past few years. These guys were incredible helpful; I learned more in 10min than I have in the few years Ive owned the home. A+++ service!!

    My aerator pump went out. I called and Adam answered right away. He could already determine the issue over the phone. I had someone from a different company come out before and they did absolutely nothing.. but the folks at Stansbury took care of me. He came out the very next day.. He was friendly, informative and most importantly honest. He gave me some tips, showed me how to maintain the pump and set me up for a pump next year. And he even emailed me some informative information. I would highly recommend.

    Wow! Excellent service! Our sewer backed up over the weekend. Called Adam Monday, he was here first thing Tuesday morning. Exceptionally professional and responsive. Had to do some minor repairs on system while was here and he had everything he needed on the truck. I highly recommend! He also put me on a schedule to be pumped regularly!

    When we opened our business we kinda inherited a grease trap that really had never been taken care of and it was not installed correctly. After using another company Mr Stansbury and his son came in and help me get my system working properly. They have been diligently checking on us to make sure everything continues to work properly. They are not just a service company they truly become family.

    Called just before closing time, they were at my home 1st thing the next morning. Serviced all parts of our septic tank. Answered all of my questions & some that I didnt know to ask. EXCELLENT JOB!!!!

    Our septic system backed up on the weekend. We couldnt get ahold of anyone on Saturday or Sunday. I called Stansburys on Monday and they informed me the could come out Tuesday morning and they showed up right on time. By the time I had made it home to meet them, they were done. Friendly, professional, and informative on what we need to do to keep the issue from arising again. Highly recommend!!!

    If contractors came in colours, Stansbury would be super, shiny platinum, just like their immaculately, clean septic truck. That should be enough, right? No, thats just the start. These guys were on time (what?!), they notified us via text (super convenient!), and scheduled our future maintenance calls on Google calendar (Woah, dude!). Best. Service. Ever.

    Stansbury Septic Service is very experienced and capable of repairing and maintaining your waste water system. Because we live on Lake Bruin, its critical for water quality to maintain your system to help keep Lake Bruin the cleanest lake in Louisiana. If you need septic service, and you probably do, I recommend contacting Stansbury and getting on their maintenance schedule.

    I was having an issue with my septic system after a hard freeze. I called Stansbury on Monday morning and they were able to come out the next day. All the staff that I talked to were super friendly and even helped educate me on what’s best to keep my septic system running well in the future. I was very pleased with their work, they had my septic system serviced and running very quickly. For the job that had to be done, I found the cost to be very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them and they will have my business in the future.

    Let me just start with.......This company reflects excellence and professionalism at every step of the way when getting services done by them. David just left my property after pumping our tank and replacing the aerator. Let me tell you...that gentleman drove more than 60 miles to get to my location and when he showed up he was in the best mood, has a great personality, hes fun to chat with and hes very knowledgeable about his work.....And he is the OWNER! Its not very often you see great service like this anymore but Im here to tell you David and his company are the best out there. If you dont choose him for your septic services then good luck to you because youll likely need to call him to fix whatever disaster someone else created for you. David and team, thank you for your assistance today and for your willingness to come all the way to my residence with a genuine smile on your face! It was a real pleasure chatting with you.
