    I have the best fence in my neighborhood! You must pick the stained option to get this look. I received quotes from other fence companies, some were cheaper. However, I like the quality and guarantees I can get with Jack Fencing.

    5+ StarsFrom start to finish, this was a positive experience. Using the web interface, I was able to get a ballpark estimate before ever having to talk to anyone. once i understood my footage and products offered, I made the call. Teryn set up the appointment and Donovan was out two days later to go over my needs. He took measurements, notes and included me on every detail. There were some tricky parts to the layout, Donovan video’d the areas and explained what I wanted.After down payments were paid and materials ordered, Lance arrived to double check the quote and really nail down the details; things unaccounted for like gate directions, footing offsets, and problem areas. Lance was thorough and explained the next steps.Materials arrived and I was contacted for a monday install that might span 3 days. Jack and his crew arrived Monday morning at 7:30 am and began working at 8 am on the dot. This 6 man team laid out, installed and perfected our fence in less than 2 days. The young men on this crew were professional and worked hard to make sure it was exactly what i wanted.I have already recommended this team to several friends and family.     Ive dealt with a lot of companies in my lifetime and I will say that Jack Fencing was one of the best overall experiences ever. Chris and his crew were all so nice and helpful. We got ourselves in a pinch and needed a new fence put up as soon as possible. Chris came out to our house the very next day to help us get started with the process. He was professional, nice and very helpful with everything as we didnt really know much about fences.Before he even left the house, I knew this was the right company for us.They got the fence up for us so fast and Wow.....     From the start to the finish of our fence installation was flawless! They completed almost 300 linear feet in a day! I have had many fences over the years & this fence by far exceeds any value, installation & look that I have ever had installed!     Chris and his crew were the epitome of professionalism and quality workers. The fence work was awesome and the service was top of the line. During the process, we had one issue with fence details and they corrected it on the spot.     Jack Fencing is a Very professional Team. From the beginning to the end. They came out, surveyed the land, asked questions about how we wanted the layout of the fence, Gave feedback and recommendations, Suggested the color of stain and the importance of having the stain done.Once the decisions and plans were made, theCommunication from the team executing the job within the lead time given.Once on site, these guys got to work and the Results are Amazing and the job really speaks for itself.It took 2 days to complete and The site was clean during and after each day. A baseball broke one of my neighbors fence boards, I reached out to them because they built the fence and wanted to make sure we replaced the broken board with the correct color and wood. They responded quickly and delivered a new board that will match the rest of the fence.

    The team at Jack Fence was GREAT to work with. The owner, Chris, is the most service-oriented contractor I have ever worked with. He is not just good at fences, he is good at BUSINESS. He is hands on and at the job site, attending to every detail and customer question/concern. Due to many circumstances, the scope changed several times, leaving the opportunity for a lot of details to get lost in the process. He visited my job three times before even starting the project. This was a unique job, requiring detailed planning that not only involved his team, but also a concrete contractor. He took care of every detail and was even on-site when the concrete contractor came to do his part, in order to make sure I was satisfied. A lot could have gone wrong on this job, but everything was perfect! If I could give 10 STARS, I would. I highly recommend Chris and Lance at Jack Fence.

    I absolutely 100% recommend Jack Fencing.First, their website tool that allows you to preplan your fence on your property was a huge help. No other site I went to had anything of the sort. This allowed us to have an in general idea of what it would cost without having to speak or commit to anyone before we were ready.Chris came out and was very interested and helpful in helping us design our fence in a tough situation where we needed to keep our dogs contained, but not lose open area from our patio. It was clear he had put thought into it before he even got there. We did not feel rushed to make decisions. Chris was determined to make us happy.When build time came, his team showed up with a professional presentation. They worked very hard in unreasonable and brutal heat (100+ degrees) all day long! In spite of the work conditions they never slacked, moped or showed any signs of misery!They left leaving our property clean, and looking great. With as busy as times are in this business Chris and his team was able to get to us in a timely agreeable time frame. The quality of work and product was stellar, Top Notch !     I can’t say enough about this company especially Chris! We consulted them for a privacy fence in Feb and I had some delays due to weather and wanting dirt work done first. They were super understanding and accommodating! Once we were finally ready for the install in June, they fit us in their schedule within a few days! Chris even came out on a Saturday to mark the area with me again and make sure I was satisfied before they started. I HIGHLY recommend their pre-stain option, worth every penny. I was unsure on where to end the fence because it was kinda awkward on the left side of my house. Chris made an awesome suggestion without any pressure. That if I stopped it at this certain point and added the pre stain that the original price quote would almost even out. I would have regretted it if I didn’t do it. The stain is a game changer!The crew was polite and install was fast. Job site was super clean during and after. Overall impressed with everything!

    We lost our fence during the hurricane extravaganza of 2020 finally decided to pull the trigger on replacing it. My wife did hours of research on construction methods, fence styles, etc in an effort to figure out what fence would be the strongest and most survivable over time. That research led us to the PostMaster fence system and Jack Fencing. I’m thankful for that because our experience with them was amazing.The owner, office staff and field assessor were quick to communicate, very professional and their pricing was very fair. This was all fantastic. What blew me away was that level of professionalism carried over to the installation team. The crew that showed up to do the work was friendly, fast, and exceedingly precise with their work. Most impressive was the fact that the install team was all Jack employees! The company has obviously invested a lot of time and effort into the field crew… not just the equipment but also making sure that they are hiring the right people to represent them on the job site.The end product turned out better than I could have hoped and we’ve had loads of compliments on the fence and more than a few folks stopping by to get information off of the Jack Fencing placard by our gate. If you need a fence, do yourself a favor and call Jack Fencing. I don’t think there is anyone in the continental US that could do a better job than them.

    I called Jack Fencing about an existing fence repair to replace one fence post. Another company installed the fence. Chris told me the job was too small to send a crew out, so he came to replace it himself on a Saturday! Very professional.     We recently did a huge renovation to our back yard/pool and out door kitchen. Our fence was around 14yrs old and was okay, the standard cedar vertical planked type. We saw a Neighbors that Jack’s Fence just installed, and it was absolutely beautiful. The cedar planks are horizontal and over lap slightly. Our current vertical type over time shrinks a little and is not that private around the pool anymore. We spoke to the neighbor and got the contact information for Jack’s Fence. I called and left a message for Chris, with in a day or so he called back. We set up a time for him to come by so we could talk about what we wanted and to get a quote.I instantly liked and trusted Chirs. He was very professional and extremely through, explaining some options, making a few welcomed suggestions too.We were done, shook hands and parted. Chris remained on our property for another 20 minutes or so, video recording what we talked about, and making some notes. I really liked that!Within a couple days we received the quote, and he broke it out in two phases for us. Our houses back yard is completely fenced and then the property to the side of us is fenced around our shop. This gave us the option of paying and doing it all at once, or, breaking it up. We initially agreed to doing it in phases. We got on the schedule to start, about 3-weeks out. During that time the wife and I decided to go ahead and do it all at the same time. I contacted Chris and he made the adjustment with no issue, just needed to order double the supplies. Our property is close to an acre and half.When they started, they were on it! It took about a week and a half because they first removed and hauled off all the old fence, then rebuilt our new one. Not to mention, we asked for a couple minor adjustments to be made, Chris and his crew made them without an issue. To say we are satisfied with the job Chris and his crew did for us is an understatement, WE LOVE IT! It really transformed our house/property to really something to be proud of. We have got nothing but compliments from family, friends and neighbors. Matter of fact the Nieghbor behind us is having his backyard fence redone too, after seeing our.I would recommend Jack’s fence to anyone, the quality is second to none as well as the professionalism of all that work there!

    They did really good work. I asked them to match the surrounding fence, which had no overlapping boards and they installed overlapping boards in the new section. They argued to the point of yelling that it did in fact match but that it was just a style preference. It wasnt that big of a deal, sub 30 minute fix, so the arguing was unnecessary. However, they did not hesitate to correct the issue. The final result is really good.

    I dont typically write reviews but wanted to be sure to commend excellence here. Chris Gass and his stellar team did an amazing job on our fence, working even in the rain to get the job done. They were very capable of identifying survey markers and lining things up to be sure the property lines werent an issue, and absolutely went the extra mile to be sure things were done the right way. The final product is as good as it gets -- solid, sturdy, perfectly lined up. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You would do yourself a great disservice by going with anyone else.
