    Once again Blue Water provided excellent service. Scott and Ethan showed promptly when promised to run power to an outdoor shed. They were able to run power under my home and through an existing pipe to avoid trenching up a long run across my yard. It took for thought andexperience to consider this approach, but it was very effective and saved me some money. Scott and Ethan were polite, adept, knowledgeable, and professional! Thank you Blue Water again!

    The Blue Water team had excellent skills, was highly efficient, prompt, and courteous throughout the installation of a new propane fueled whole house generator and service switch, a panel upgrade, and installation of new whole house service line. The team quickly met every challenge directly with a practical solution. The work was completed on time and passed inspection. Blue water delivered a great customer experience.

    Mr. Esposito and his assistant today did a tremendous job in maintaining my Cummins whole house generator. He came inside and checked the breaker box to make sure everything is as it should be. Also checked for any propane leaks from my 500 gallon propane tank to the generator, also checked to see if I needed to top off my propane tank. Thank you very much‼️

    Scott was personable and I really knew his stuff! He was able to fix the issues in the breaker panel and trace the cable I needed. A good experience with Scott. I was not, however, told that I would have a travel charge. I was also charged .25 hours longer than he was at my house. Other than the latter two issues, it was a great experience with Scott.

    My weather box electric meter and ground wires damage from storm I was out of town thankfully not an emergency charges cost $6150 repair weather box updated meter with emergency shut off and ground wires very professional they didn’t have to go inside home and work complete in very reasonable time that required Charleston county permit and inspection so I was happy electricity was restored within 12 days my arrival return home they were kind with my stress attitude because electric company and home insurance very unclear why cost so high ? I am sorry this economy has changed and business are dealing with extreme cost changeI highly recommend you get what you pay for so well done job short notice

    We had an electrical issue that two other companies were not able to fix over the course of trying for three years. In the first visit, Blue Water Electric identified and fixed the issue in almost no time at all! We have used them multiple times since and the quality of the work and the experience has been consistently outstanding! The office staff and technicians are helpful and knowledgeable. They have done what they said they would do when they said they would do it!

    This was my first time calling Blue Water Electric and they did such a great job. The technician they sent out discussed possible scenarios for each of the issues I was having, and then went to work quickly troubleshooting and resolving each of them. It can be such a crapshoot to have a tradesmen come out to work on your house, because just because youre licensed doesnt mean you know what youre doing lol.
