Jon was our most reliable and attentive sub contractor. He has an outstanding reputation in our community. Jon can do about any type of construction, but he also knows how to do stucco, which is an art. There is an old saying, there is nothing better than stucco if its done right, but there is nothing worse than stucco if its not done right. No matter how bad we wanted stucco, we decided if we couldnt get Jon to do our new home, we would have used a different type of construction.

We used Simon Construction, Inc. for finishing off our basement space and the finished product exceeds our expectations. I would highly recommend Jon and Jodie if you’re considering starting a project. They are both very knowledgeable and transformed our space into what we envisioned. The budget was managed throughout, and was clearly defined before the project started. They were extremely responsive throughout the project and kept us informed of progress along the way. The work throughout the project was done as though it was their own home. Jon is very detailed, dedicated and does high quality work.

Over the years, Jon Simon has done exterior dryvit repair, patch and match work around our condominium building. He is thorough and he is dedicated to doing an excellent job. He is a good listener to the needs of the customer and committed to an end product that is seamless. This is not easy with stucco work. I would not hesitate to hire Jon for any of our construction needs.

We were referred to Simon Construction by another contractor. I felt confident that if another contractor was referring him and his work, he was worth investigating. We had built our home 10 years prior when our stucco started falling off. We called Jon and he came to see what needed to be done. We were amazed at how well he was able to repair the damage and how it flowed seamlessly from old to new!! We have since had Jon back twice to stucco 2 different additions again a PERFECT job. We would not hesitate to recommend Jon and his work to anyone. Another plus for us was the fact that he was a delight to work with. Would have him back in a “Heartbeat” if we needed his expertise!!!!
