    I called Chris and Lisa for a quote on staging a large, two-story home that I had to get a done in VERY short notice for an important client. Not only was Chris able to meet me to walk the home the next day, he provided two options/quotes and was able to schedule the staging for the following week and in time for the photo shoot. Their design team did a fantastic job in updating and modernizing the look of the space. They highlighted the homes best features and Im certain it had much to do with the overwhelmingly positive response I received selling the home...12 Offers and nearly $200K over list price!     I absolutely enjoyed working with Lisa on staging our house!She used most of my furniture but she place it and stage it in a way I couldnt imagine my house can be so beautiful!!!     We used ShowHomes to help us prepare for the sale of our home. They were able to use some of the furniture that we had and provided their own staging furniture and accessories. The end product was beautiful. The listing photos and video truly attracted a lot of buyers to tour the house. In the end we had multiple offers and sold above asking.

    Lisa and her team were extraordinary; I cant say enough about the excellence of their service. In my case, I initially retained Lisa to help me out in my role as an out-of-state executor of the estate with readying a sizable 15,000 sq. foot residence for sale. I engaged Showhomes to provide decluttering and luxury restyle staging. With this help, the house sold within weeks!Thereafter, I expanded the scope of work to include the sizeable task of organizing, labelling and packing all the houses contents for shipping to the various estate heirs -- located in different parts of the country. Additionally, Lisa personally provided essential same-day oversight of the cross-country moving services on behalf of the estates heirs. With her help, everything was relocated with care.I recommend Showhomes for all the services that they so ably provided - staging, decluttering, packing, organizing, charitable donation, thrift sale delivery and moving oversight!     - It starts off well with their low upfront pricing and the rest at closing.- The interaction is clear and concise.- The move-in is the best. Each time they turn our houses into homes. In the second house they put the master bed under the window. Not what we expected but everyone loves it- a great eye. I thought they wouldnt be able to do anything with the outside- then I saw the photos and video and now it looks inviting.- The first 3 homes we staged ourselves. The 4th we started, then went professional, and then found ShowHomes... and it sold promptly. We will continue using ShowHomes for the next 12 homes.
