We are extremely happy with the service Architectural Development, Inc. provided. We had a to-stud renovation to our place, from the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom to new windows. It was a great pleasure to work with Dave and his team from the initial consultation phase to the architectural design process, and to the project final phase. Not only did he listen very carefully to our needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the entire process, but he also made many valuable recommendations for material selections of top quality while keeping our budget in mind. Just like many others who are getting their home remodeled, reliability and communication were always our big concern. We were so lucky we had Dave and his company to work on this project with an exceptional communication channel. We always got very clear project updates in a timely manner without any asking. It was such a great experience to have Dave and Architectural Development, Inc. to remodel our home.

I hired Architectural Development to take over my home remodeling project after having to release my previous contractor for grossly underperforming. Working with Dave and his team was a stark contrast to that of every other contractor experience I’ve had, not only was he a pleasure to work with, but he’s a genius when it comes to design and redesign. The efficiency and professionalism that was displayed by him and every member of his team was stellar. Once they got involved, my project immediately turned around. They corrected and enhanced the overall design, added impressive details, smoothed over permitting and inspection issues with the county, while simultaneously producing the most spectacular finished product.
