I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by RJP during a recent emergency boiler repair at my home. Facing a sudden boiler malfunction that caused no heat or hot water. I reached out to their office at the end of the day fully expecting a call back the next but, was pleasantly surprised to get a call back within an hour! They had someone at my house the next day and solved the issue. In addition to the speedy and effective resolution of the emergency, the pricing for the services was fair and transparent.
