    Mr. Electric was awesome! Joe was thorough, kind, and very personable. He was able to explain in terms (that I could understand!) what the issues were, the temporary and long-term solutions to our electrical problems. I liked the fact that he took videos and was able to show me on his phone. I also appreciated Mr. Electrics text confirmation system, reminding me of my appointment, but also being given the ability to track the status of the appointment, the day of. Lastly, when Joe arrived, he brought in a large box that was delivered to my home, inside of my home. He didnt have to, but thats how nice he is - Now THATS customer service! :)

    Chad and Mike expertly installed 8 recessed lights in our living room, with extra care, attentiveness and a friendly attitude the whole time. I spoke with Mr Electric on Monday, settled on a fair price Tuesday, and by Thursday afternoon they had my dimmed lights with 2 switches installed exactly as we wanted them. We will definitely be using them for future installs and highly recommend their prompt, reliable and fair prices to our family and friends. Thanks especially to Chad for his recommendations to make our living space even more spectacular!

    Great company! Some of the quickest most polite electricians I’ve worked with. I had some huge jobs changing 20 foot high chandeliers etc. they handled it no problem with a great price.     I deleted my previous post to edit to this one. I will edit it again in a few days to ensure that the problem has been completely addressed and that what was spoken to us will happen.We had originally an issue with the first initial installation of our ring doorbell. Fast forward the company sent many techs out to rectify the issue, but for sure when Michael Rodriguez came he was professional, made sound recommendations and explained the job. He also ensured before he left that everything was in working order the way it should’ve been. My husband and I got along with him very well and the company is blessed to have him on their team!

    Everyone I dealt with from start to finish provided exemplary customer service! We lost power after business hours and Mr.Electric was one of the only companies in the area that even answered. We were originally scheduled for two days later but were put on priority and ended up being helped the next day.     Our technician was Chad, he was very nice, professional, asked questions that showed he cared about the work he was going to perform . I left him alone and when he realized the design of how my crystals in the chandelier were not done properly he asked me if he could fix it for me - no extra charge. And kept the area clean- not a trace he was even there except for the beautiful job he did.

    Joe and Kevin worked together like brothers, partners and more importantly owners of the company. They worked seamlessly together during the work review and estimate of the work we needed done and quite frankly found issues that would have come up during a home inspection during the sale of our house and maybe even caused an electrical fire. They provided the estimate on the spot, we negotiated a few things and agreed to cost and specific items to be addressed. I was lucky enough to have several teams available the very next work day. Joe, Kevin and team worked tirelessly from 8:00 AM till 7:00 PM. They were neat, professional, polite, informative and a pleasure to have around the house. Great guys and even better electricians.     We had a faulty outlet and a concerning electrical hum in the same room. I was connected to Mr. Electric of Ramsey through Angi, and their technician Michael came out the next day to check it out. He was very thorough, figured out the issue that was causing both problems, and gave me a fair quote for the work. They fit me into the schedule the very next day, and Michael (and Chad, who helped out at the beginning) were very professional, explained everything to me, and, most importantly, solved the problem. From start to finish, working with Mr. Electric was great.

    You get what you pay for and this is the 2nd time I’ve used Mr.Electric. My technician is amazing and is why I specifically asked for him (Joseph A) when I needed service again. It’s rare to find people who take time and go above and beyond. He answered questions and explained options without pressure. He understood my concerns and I felt like more than just another customer.Yes we always want to cheap out a little but don’t cheap out on electric. This company will continue to have my business due to the quality of Joe’s work and his personality.     I thought that I had to replace a breaker in the main panel. Turns out that Joe found the problem with determination. It was a plug in surge protector for our fridge. He showed me everything and discussed in detail what he found, etc and then gave me a solution so I never have to worry about it happening again.     We had Michael come to install new light fixtures in three rooms. Two flush mount fixtures and one ceiling fan. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the services that Mr. electric, specifically Mike, performed for us. He asked if I wanted to have other jobs completed, to which I declined, but I did appreciate the education and offer from him.     I had a power failure emergency at 11.30pm on July 4th weekend and yet Mr. Electric was able to get two technicians out to my house within an hour. It was a bit pricey (it was almost midnight on a holiday weekend), but Michael and Joe came to the house, were extremely professional and nice, reviewed the entire system inside and outside, and then explained what they saw and how they could fix this issue temporarily to restore power. All in all, they had my power up within 30 minutes, which on a hot summer day with kids in the house was paramount. Thanks again guys!

    Great service by Joe and company!!!During the first winter in our new home, the lower level of my concrete base house was really, really cold and we werent sure whom we could have here to address the issue. After doing some research and consulting with a third party expert, their recommendation was to have baseboard heaters installed where we needed it. The reasoning being it was the most economical for the 300 sq ft of space we needed it in. At the end of the day, our concern with this option was that, although it was economical in the short-term, we werent so sure that was the case in the long-term.After doing some more research, we decided to put in a request on Angi for a new baseboard heating project. Immediately Joe called me and, voila, a free consultation was scheduled just like that! I explained to him our needs and we made an appointment asap. On the day he arrived at our home he was very, very professional throughout. Since our floors were fairly clean, we requested that he place booties on his boots and he had no issues with that what so ever. In addition, if you have any pandemic-related concerns, he also wore a mask in our home prior to stepping indoors.Within 20 minutes, he assessed our heating needs, explained the best options for us (hydronic baseboard heater), described in detail what work would need to be done and where the heaters would be installed. In addition, he answered EVERY question we had to our satisfaction. Within hours of leaving our home, he provided a detailed estimate, via email, of what the cost breakdown for every piece of work required for the job would be!After we did our due diligence on the estimate and detailed breakdown and had some back and forth Q & A with Joe, we knew Joes was definitely the most reasonable quote --- by far! In addition, his patience throughout our communications was amazing as we asked question after question after question and he answered them, promptly, with the utmost detail!On the day of the work, Joe and one of his partners, Mark, arrived right on time for the installation. Since it was quite a labor intensive project, it was estimated to be 6 hours and Joes estimated completion time was SPOT ON! As with the consultation, both Joe and Mark were super professional throughout and we let them be as they did their thing. Mark ended up completing the job at the end and explained to us the ins and outs of our new hydronic baseboard heaters, how to work the thermostats we bought and he also cleaned up and vacuumed the area.It has now been 2 weeks since the installation and the heaters work perfectly! When the heaters are on, our entire lower level is warm and toasty and we couldnt be happier with their performance. Also, we love the clean look of the heaters and they blend right into our walls.Overall, we couldnt have been happier with the service of Mr. Electric of Ramsey. Everything worked out perfectly....AND at a reasonable cost! There is no doubt in my mind that many companies can install an electric heater, but Im not sure how many will be as professional, efficient, spot on with estimates and reasonably priced as Mr. Electric of Ramsey.Do I need to say more? If you have ANY electric or heating needs, definitely go with Joe and company! You will not regret it!!!
