    I needed a roof repaired and the job was completed quickly and well done. I was concerned about debris because of my animals and they went over the area several times cleaning up. Mr Ashby came out and walked the job with me answering all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them and use their services in the future.

    Blue Ridge Roofing and Home Improvement completed my roof tear off and replacement in one day. It is a size-able roof, approximately 41 square. They showed up around 8am and went right to work and worked all day until the job was completed. They were also careful to clean up all debris, and swept the yard with a magnet to ensure no nails were left behind. All workers were very respectful and courteous. I highly recommend them, would definitely use them again.

    I was very satisfied on the workmanship and quality roofing they installed on my roof and later they repaired my roof that had been damaged by a falling tree. Their workers were very polite an considerate when I questioned them about the work they were doing.     I have nothing but positive things to say about my roof replacement with this company .Excellent service , courtesy, professionalism ( from the office , owner, and tradesmen) and timing . The tradesmen worked vigorously no matter the outside frigid temps and the owner stayed in contact throughout the entire job.This was my first experience having to replace a roof due to damage from previous storms and I was very nervous at first. I was referred by another professional in the construction business and without any doubts, they earned my trust. I stayed home to ensure any doubts or issues I could think of . I found that everyone involved at the job site were very , courteous, professional , able to work around any issues , and I am relieved and very confident of the final project! Well done!! My roof looks better than it have ever seen it!!

    I would highly recommend this company for the great work, quality and outstanding service they provided for my family and I. The crew was kind and respectful, and did a great job cleaning up afterward as well. What started out as a new porch roof project, turned into a new metal roof for the entire home.     Joseph worked with my mother to replace her roof and this is what my mom said about her experience with him. We’re so grateful to have an honest and professional company in our area.Just before Christmas of 2020, my chimney cleaner found a depression on my roof. It was too soft to walk on. I called a few roofing companies but did not get any return calls.My daughter suggested Blue Ridge Roofing and Home Improvements.After contacting the owner, Joseph Ashby, he promptly came to my house and examined my roof. He provided me with a very reasonable quote for a new roof. I chose a metal one because it will last a long time.He began the roof installation quickly after I accepted his quote. Within a week, I had a new roof.His repair people were on-time and courteous. They throughly cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.My new metal roof is quiet during heavy rains and went through a winter of heavy rain and snow with no problems.I highly recommend Mr. Ashby’s roofing company. He told me he has been in the roofing business for 17 years. His honesty with me, his local reputation (I checked!), and his experience are the main reasons I am confident in my recommendation. A roof that will last my lifetime gives me much comfort, as I plan to age-in-place, here in Blacksburg.

    Blue Ridge Roofing just complete the 5th roof they have installed (shingle and metal) for me over the last 2 years. In between these new roofs, they have installed gutters as well as inspected and patched areas around pipes and chimneys on other houses. They have been responsive, accommodating, proactive, and good to work with.
