    Great overall experience! Very responsive and gave me detailed estimates for different options with material specifics spelled out. Crew arrived early and worked hard through the day. They had to come back a 2nd day as the crew lead was unhappy with how some of it came out. They ripped off 15 square down to the plywood and re roofed so it was perfect. Cant find that attention to detailed and dedication to quality anywhere anymore. They also did a thorough clean up job after they were done. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone and already have several times!

    Jeff and Rachel were a pleasure to work with and their team did a great job on replacing my slate roof with shingles. Theyre both very responsive via email or phone which made the process run quickly and smoothly, regardless of having to work around the snowy weather. I recommend Clarke Roofing for your roof replacement and intend to use them again on any future jobs I have. Picture shown is of Owens Corning Aged Copper shingles.

    I had my roof replaced this week by this fabulous team and I am thrilled with results and impressed by the level of customer service. Some of the things that stood out to me.1) Geoff was very quick with all responses and kept up a good line of communication leading up to and the day of install.2) Geoff sent me documentation detailing what to expect and how to prepare for the day of install. It was extremely helpful.3) Any issues that occurred during install were addressed quickly and handled in a very professional manner. I was kept in the loop and anything requiring additional funds was clearly communicated to me for approval. They were even able to add aluminum siding to the scope of work the day of.4) The team onsite was just fantastic! They got a lot of work done in a day and I could see the attention to detail in their work. Their lead was very diligent about checking his teams work and they cleaned up so well at the end you wouldnt be able to tell they were there outside of the new roof.I would highly recommend them and I will be going back to them for additional projects.

    We had Clarke Roofing do a standing seam metal roof, Hardieboard siding and full soffits and trim on an addition to our stone farmhouse. Their craftsmanship was excellent, the team was great, they were fast and professional. Weve had multiple companies not know how to properly work with a 200 year old stone house, but Jeffs team used the right techniques and did it properly.We decided on Clarke after meeting Jeff. The fact that they had done multiple of our neighbors roofs and every one was extremely happy with the work just made the decision that much easier.

    I was fortunate to hear of this company from a neighbor. Jeff promptly arrived to inspect the roof and provide what I considered to be a fair estimate. Because of the wind damage to the roof, he was able to schedule us sooner than I thought. The crew assigned to my job worked cooperatively as a team.I am satisfied with the result, probably the best roof this house has ever had. Every Clarke employee that I talked with gave me prompt and honest answers. I am thankful there is company like this that provides such good value at a fair price.

    5 stars for Jeff and Rachel of Clarke Roofing. They were friendly and professional through the whole process of a new roof for our home and garage. We were scheduled for a new roof, and it leaked 2 weeks earlier. They were able to fit us into their schedule - and were there the next day with their team of installers. Their team is skilled - with detailed work and a clean worksite. Both Jeff and Rachel were quick to respond to questions or concerns.     I was very impressed with Clarke and was happy to engage a local, family owned business for my recent roof replacement in June 2020. Job was scheduled in a reasonable time frame, and completed in one day. Co-owner Jeff was involved in the initial estimate and on-site the day of the job to answer questions I had. Co-owner Rachel was very responsive to emails.Overall, I was happy and would recommend Clarke to anyone. I had heard horror stories about damage done and debris left on-site after a roof replacement, so I was glad that workers used tarps to protect and collect the old shingles and nails. I still found many nails on the ground and in the gutters/downspouts and some very minor damage to plants, landscaping, and window screens, which was annoying, but nothing I wouldnt have expected when replacing a roof.

    I would like to first thank Jeff, James, the crew, and the office staff for the professionalism, efficiency, and being straight forward with me getting a new roof.     The one thing I hate about starting a new home project is contacting contractors for estimates and consultations. Inevitably, someone wastes my time and flakes on promises. That was clear from the first contact, that Clarke Roofing does not operate that way. Jeff and Rachel have been very responsive and follow through on their promises. They work with the insurance adjuster and guided me on the process. Jeff and his crew were punctual and worked hard during installation day. Jeff was there to supervise the guys and I am very happy with the final project! I watched his crew work throughout the day to make sure they were cleaning up after their mess, evening going into my neighbors yard to collect scraps that had blown over there. My neighbors have been complimenting the finished product and one even inquired to get their own estimate after watching the installation unfold. Thank you Clarke Roofing!

    I have to give Clarke Roofing very high Marks for details on replacing my roof and skylights. I spoke with Mr. Clarke on a Saturday and Thursday the roof was started and Friday at 7 P.M. the roof was completed and cleaned up. I had other quotes but, Clarke roofing beat everyone!!! Great job and if anyone needs a roof done, i will say, You will be happy with their work. I will use them when I have my garage roof replaced.

They were responsive when I wanted to prevent further damage. There were no hassles with communication ...good with email and made phone calls as needed.     I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for the service they provide. I had them replaced my roof. The installers were the best I have seen in a long time. They arrived on site on time and started working immediately. They ensure your outdoor furniture and equipment were safely relocated and put back at the end of the day. They were very pleasant , hard working and dedicated guys working very safely and ensure the work was done to my expectations. I am mostly satisfied with the quality of work produced. They got back to me very quickly, set up an appointment within days of the initial contact and repaired the siding the same day.     I interviewed around 7 roofers for my home roof replacement job. I am so glad, I chose Clarke Roofing and siding.Jeff was fantastic and he was always available to answer questions and address any concerns. Jeff gave us many different options and he didnt nickel and dime me on different materials, which was very appreciative.On the day of the job, crew of 10 showed up and were very efficient and worked through the day. We have a big house, and I cant believe they finished the job in 1.5 days.     From the very first phone call to the last, Jeff and John were very professional with their detailed answers and willingness to go above and beyond to get answers to my questions. The date of installation was as per their estimated scheduled date. The roofing crew was very efficient and detailed in the installation, and thorough afterwards in cleaning up the yard and sidewalks and driveway of any leftover debris. And the same is true of the contractor installing the gutters. We are very happy with the final look of the roof and gutters, and highly recommend Clarke Roofing for any of their services.
