Excellent craftsmanship on my rental property renovations. Greg and his team completed the project in a timely manor without impacting the surrounding living areas.

I have had the opportunity to work with Greg Callow several times over the years. I have come to trust Greg and rely on his knowledge of building and the science behind what is happening within a structure. I have found that Greg stays very current on new building practices and on new building codes. This is important because something done incorrectly can cost $1000s. The work that Greg does is top notch and I have never had a concern about Greg “cutting corners” to make a profit. I have had Greg work on several small projects (minor repairs to properties) and also some larger projects (complete gut and renovation of a home and building a pool house). One thing that truly stands out to me is how he treats his jobsite (your property). The jobsite is always very clean and he never leaves any debris for you to clean up or dirt that can be tracked around and make a mess. I have recommended Greg to several friends, clients and family and always received thanks for the recommendation.
