The entire experience was beyond my expectations. I called in on a Monday morning, and I was told they could come to my house the same day between noon and 3 pm. I would get a call to let me know when they were on the way. The call came in early, and they were here by 11:30. They were so efficient and fast that the kitchen drain was fixed within half an hour. They were so friendly and experienced that it was an enjoyable experience. Now I have a great local plumber that will be who I call whenever needed.

We had a great experience with Ed today! Called in the morning for a clogged main drain and he was out the same day. Fixed it in under an hour and was very kind and honest. Will definitely be using him again!

Had a water pressure issue and the whole team at Kiker walked me through the process. Everything from contacting the town to eventually scheduling a tech to come out and repair it (turns out it was a pressure valve). They were informative, professional, friendly, and effecient! If you are looking for a no-nonsense plumber who is friendly and respectful, this is the place!

Professional, friendly and the best service you can ask for. We hired Ed because of the family atmosphere he and his family create for all of their clients. Hands down the best company in the area. Both because of the quality of work and price. Ed is an honest man who works hard for all of his clients and helps them understand what he is doing every step of the way. Would hire again for all of my water and plumbing needs.

We had a perplexing leak in our main septic drain buried behind a basement wall. Our previous plumber took a look, said he would get back to us, and we never heard from him again. Found Ed as top-rated in Washington Consumers Checkbook and gave a call. He came over, gave an estimate, and kept me informed throughout the process of ordering the special components needed for the repair. On repair day he was prompt, professional, and thorough. If only ALL home services were this conscientious! Recommended without hesitation.
