I cannot recommend them enough! Our heat/air units were totally flooded, it’s summer time, my husbands out of town and I was desperate for help. They squeezed me in first thing in the morning (with an already packed schedule), were very kind, trustworthy, so professional and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed what they needed to and told me they’d come right back out if I needed anything else. Customer service like this is especially rare these days and I’m just so grateful for them.Thank you S&J!!!!

Having called other Plumbing shops in town with no response, I called S & J. Tammy set my appointment for Tuesday (this was on a Friday} with B.J. and Clayton. When they came out, they were very polite, friendly and above all, knowledgeable. They quickly and quietly got on with the work, and showed great patience overcoming the problem. I was impressed and relived, Thank you everyone at S.& J. I will call you first if there is ever a Next Time.

UPDATE: called another time, another day. They were accepting work this time. Plumber came and was super professional, good guy, did great work. He went above and beyond. Bill was affordable. From 1 star to 5. Id say thats quite the redemption.

They weren’t able to come out the same day off our problem but they were at the very next morning as they promised. BJ was very nice and personable. He explained everything he was doing. Among the toilet problems we were having we also wanted a faucet added to the outside of our home. BJ looked at where we wanted it and explained that it would not be efficient by any means to put it there and explained clearly and thoroughly why he wouldn’t recommend it. He explained it would not be good quality and made a few suggestions of other ways to run the plumbing. He explained a high and low end of an estimate on what it would cost to put the faucet in a few different places. He was very knowledgeable. He was also very considerate of my home and my cat. I would recommend BJ and this company highly. Great people
