    We recently built with Immaculate Homes and absolutely love our house! One of our favorite things about building with Immaculate is that they let you build a custom home at a price that is affordable. We were able to take a plan from a home they built that we really loved and customized it to make it our very own. We were able to move walls and make rooms bigger and basically customize each aspect of our home to fit both our wants and needs. Other builders that we met with would hardly let you change anything in their plan and when they did they overcharged you to do it. We love all the little personal touches we were able to add to our home. When it came time to choose the interior finishes, Anna was a huge help. Anna has great style and design knowledge. She knows the industry well and always gave us great recommendations when it came to choosing colors, finishes and other design aspects of our home. We get compliments all the time about how great our finishes look and how well everything works and flows together. Jordan always went above and beyond when it came to building our home. He would meet us at our home to discuss any questions we had as the building process progressed. He was great to listen to our concerns and always went out of his way to make sure we were happy with how the house was being built. Overall we are thrilled with how our home turned out. Jordan, Anna and Immaculate homes were great to build with and truly helped us build our dream home!!!

    We built a new home with Immaculate and we love it.They were so awesome to work with. Building a new home can be overwhelming and they were with us on every step giving us important feed back. We had to go through a couple different designs to make sure we got the house we wanted.The building process was a lot less stressful than I could have ever imagined. They held weekly meetings with us and gave us updates on the timeline to make sure we knew what was happening during the building process. As we have now lived in the house for a little while we love all the finishes and everything about our new home.I highly suggest if your looking to build a new home you stop and see Anna at Immaculate Homes.We started the process with Visionary Homes and after meeting we Anna we felt like Visionary was just after our money and not telling us the truth.Love Anna and Jordan and Immaculate Homes.P.S. their year warranty was awesome. When we put our request in online through their website they would always reach out to us to schedule a time to make the little improvements we requested.

    Immaculate Homes built us our dream home and made the process so easy. They were patient and when we were unsure what designs to use, they gave us options and put it all together perfectly. We have built a house before and it was nothing like the experience we had with immaculate. Our old builder put it cheap products and didnt communicate at all with what we wanted. Everything Immaculate uses is high quality and they made sure that we were happy with everything before it was installed. I would definitely recommend them everyone. And in fact, I have already recommended them to a few people looking to build. You wont be disappointed! I guarantee it!

    I wanted to wait until being in our home for a year before I gave an honest review of immaculate homes.I can’t say enough good things about Jordan and Anna with immaculate.Building during the pandemic could have been stressful but Anna made it a breeze building our home.They paid attention to every detail and regardless of some of my crazy needs and wants they went along with it and I couldn’t be happier with how my home turned out. They were honest with us all along the way and stuck with the timeline they had told us. Yes there can be set backs with construction but if we had an issue they were upfront with us the whole time.After we moved in and have lived here for a year they returned emails and phone calls right away with any issues we needed fixed. And to top it off their handyman is amazing at getting the job done.I highly suggest if you’re looking to build, check out Immaculate Homes. They aren’t pushy or after your money like the other builders in Cache Valley.Their homes are truly Immaculate

    Cant recommend Immaculate Homes enough! Great Company with an amazing staff. My wife and I worked closely with Anna & Jeff. I know that they are incredibly busy right now, but they always made us feel like we were their top priority. Great people!My wife was concerned that if we went with a bigger builder that our home wouldnt have character. Immaculate lets you customize your plans to fit your specific tastes and they were super helpful in giving us ideas and encouraging us to modify their existing plans. We took bits and pieces from homes they had done in the past and mixed them with our own ideas. So pumped with the finished product.If we ever decide to upgrade we will be working with them again.

    I really appreciate Immaculates kind customer service. Their building quality seems better than most. Our home is strong and sturdy, its really holding up well. It was built six years ago. I have no complaints. I would definitley go with Immaculate over any other builder in Cache Valley. Ive had friends with terrible experiences with Visionary, Lifestyle (changed their name), Independent builders like Duke, etc. I trust Immaculate and the really great subs on their team.

    Immaculate built our home in 2014. Five years later and we still love it! We love all of the custom finishes. The building process was very organized - it was easy to look at all of the samples and make decisions in the design center. Immaculate helped us make alot of decisions and helped to design some unique finish work and custom details throughout. Thanks for making the process of building a home so simple.

    I have been in the real estate business the last 7 years. Before we built our home we looked at many builders in Cache Valley. We ultimately decided for a custom home Immaculate was the best choice. I am happy to say I feel we made the right decision.Building is not easy. It is difficult, frustrating, taxing on relationships, and stressful. If you are thinking it will be easy prepare yourself for hardship. It is however worth it and I would do it again! Things go wrong when you build, they just do. Weather can be such a frustrating factor, scheduling, sub contractor issues, the list goes on and on. With that having been said, Immaculate was great to work with through these frustrations. Jared did great finish and trim work, customizing things to the desires and needs we had, even changing things last minute. Jordan and Anna Christiansen truly care about what they do and the product they deliver to you. I am sure there were days Jordan and Anna wanted to not answer my calls. There were days I didnt want to talk with them either but at the end of the day, I wouldnt change a thing. Carol and Stacie who help with questions, floor plans, and interior design were wonderful to work with as well! I give Immaculate 5 stars, not because the process was perfect, but because at the end of it all, my home is perfect! We love it!

    Built a beautiful home with Immaculate in 2012. They were great to build with and knew what we wanted and made it reality even though it was a bit different than the norm. Then after the home was finished and moved in they continued to stand behind their work. We then sold that house about a month ago and during the due diligence the buyers had a home inspection. The home inspector found zero issues with the house and highly recommended the buyers to buy the house. He said that rarely happens so that goes to say that they build a quality house. Now we are in the process of designing a new home with Immaculate and looking forward to making our vision a reality again.

    Immaculate worked with us from the start of the home building process to make sure we got the home we wanted. They were patient as we went through our home design. Immaculate took time to communicate throughout the entire building process. They were fair. Our home is well built and we love it. We recommend Immaculate.

    I LOVE my home. Immaculate was so great to work with. Building a home is an emotional experience, and I was nervous to do it, but I couldnt be happier with how the entire experience went. Anna especially was so great to work with, super quick to answer questions. I am grateful to have my home and for Anna and immaculate in making that dream come true. I highly recommend them!

    Immaculate Homes went the extra mile for us. Despite the setbacks we kept encountering because of COVID they stayed on top of the budget and were honest. In a day when most builders are only in it for the profit, Immaculate could have raised the price of our home midway through to account for all of the delays and cost of materials, but they didnt. They stuck with the number they provided.On top of that Camden was a great PM. Hes been in the industry from the time he was a young kid and his attention to detail shows. He kept us on track and did a great job managing the project despite all of the delays.

    We bought a view lot in Cache Valley in July, 2019 and wanted to build our dream home. On the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law, who had built with Immaculate, we met with Anna and Jordan in October, 2019 to discuss the possibility of working with Immaculate Homes to see our dream become a reality. We immediately “clicked” and made our decision the next day. After showing us several possibilities, Anna presented a plan which we immediately realized was what we were looking for. We worked with her to make the modifications that would truly make this plan the embodiment of our dream.As we were not living in Utah, we met with Anna over the next three days to make all the necessary decisions and to pick finishes. Then we were off, and were at the mercy of pictures and texting to follow the progress. This was our first experience building a home from scratch. Anna and Jordan had so many great suggestions and we were comfortable with the process, even though we were almost 1,000 miles away during the build. Anna kept us well informed of the building progress throughout.We moved into our home in August, 2020. Immaculate exceeded our expectations in every regard. The quality of the home is excellent, we love everything about it. It truly is our dream home. The cost for quality and value received exceeded our expectations. We can’t think of a thing that would make it better. Anna and Jordan continue to make sure our needs are being met and just wall mounted our three televisions. That certainly exceeded our expectations.We highly recommend Immaculate Homes to build your next home. ( Just be aware, Anna loves windows, and so do we.)

Thank you Immaculate for making my dream a reality. Lane and his crew with UDB Inc pour and set beautiful concrete. I couldnt be more pleased with my new home.

    We have been in our home for 6 months now. We are still in amazement we live here. Every day we talk about how much we love living here and coming home. We figured it was about time to write a review. From the initial meeting to the closing, Anna and Jordan have taken care of everything. The entire staff was excellent and have made it an amazing experience. To talk about everything they did makes me nervous because I feel if they treated everyone this way they would not be making money. I also dont want to set expectations too high. To say they went above and beyond our expectations is a fair statement. Our home is so beautiful, it is as amazing as Anna first described and its built as well as Jordan told us it would be. They kept saying it will look like you want just be patient, whenever we had a concern. (Tyson was not as patient all the time but they still worked with us and it did turn out exactly as we wanted;)Great experience, great response after moving in and having questions even if it was already explained. Very grateful and appreciative for our forever home!

    We have built 2 homes now with Immaculate and will again. Inside and out, they just seem to have a style that is a level above any other builder we have walked thru. We have built a few homes with different builders and will say that the homes Immaculate built for us have held up longer and far better than anyone else’s we built with previous. Built in 2003 with them and again in 2014 as a parade home. Thanks Immaculate!!

    We just hit the 1 year mark of living in our new Immaculate Home! Loving it! We really put them through their paces because I am so fastidious, but they went out of their way to please us and build the home we dreamed of. Immaculate Homes delivers what they promise and beyond.The building process can be stressful. Find someone who will LISTEN to you. Immaculate listened to us and it made all of the difference.
