Highly recommend! Dealing with them was easy from the start. Sophia was very professional showing up on time as scheduled to take measurements. She asked questions about what we wanted, discussed options with us, then said we would have designs that evening. Sure enough we had designs that evening. Once we had a final design she said it would be two weeks to fabricate and they were right on time. Installers showed up on time, were very personable, efficient and considerate of our hardwood floors that had just been refinished , laying down protective cloth before they began. They did a great job installing and even cleaned up after themselves when done. You could hardly tell they were there. Very, very happy with them and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

We have a room that we wanted to turn into a closet, we tried many local designers and online (but I didnt want to install it myself). The other designers were either way too expensive or their designs didnt meet our needs --and they werent very receptive to feedback. Then Sophia from Closets etc. came over and listened to what we wanted - came up with a great design - and then listened to our feedback and made changes. A few short weeks later the 2 installers arrived, and they couldnt have been more polite and professional. Great installation, but one small problem of a light switch being covered up. Well, we thought we would have to live with it - after all we signed off on the design, but when mentioned to Sophia, there were no questions - they would make it right, They were back a few days later to adjust the closet and uncover the switch. Truly a pleasure to work with and when they say they want you 100% satisfied , they mean it. I recommend them unequivocally. They were truly a pleasure to work with -- and delivered on their promises.

Very happy with the job. Sophia was prompt professional and efficient. She came up with great designs. The install went very smoothly and John was friendly yet professional and very tidy when doing the work. Definitely would hire again!

We just moved into a new house and we had some issues with our master closet and pantry not being very functional. Sophia came in and did an assessment and not soon after she sent over both 2D and 3D drawings. After agreeing upon a design, her installer was out a few short weeks later and had the job done in about half a day. We absolutely love the pantry and closets she designed and the spaces are so much more functional. Highly recommended!
