    I had Still Waters Plumbing come out and install my Pelican whole home water filtration system and from start to finish the process was a breeze. The front office women were great in getting my initial request down and setting up a consultation. Jeramie was on time for the consultation and after looking over the system manual for maybe 30 minutes was able to give me a reasonable quote for the entire install. I had another plumber out earlier who didnt even mention the permit we needed. From there scheduling the work was easy, they had great availability and pulled the permits for me so I didnt have to worry about a thing. Day of install Jeramie and his associate (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, took about 3 hours to install the entire thing and at the end walked me through how everything worked. They set the system up in a way that made it super easy for me when it comes time to change out the filters and based on the pictures I saw online of others peoples installs these guys did it in about half the wall space! I cant recommend them enough, Ill be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.Bonus: They text you when they are on their way, which is super nice for me because it gives me time to put the dogs away.

    You always hate to find a leak in your house, especially on the weekend. Still Waters Plumbing from answering service to Kyle, our service tech were awesome. They were very professional with the emails and picture of who would be coming out, background certified for safety so just an over great experience considering what we were dealing with.

    I had an unknown water leak that ended up being an insurance claim, that really needed to be looked at today, if at all possible. From dispatch to execution, this was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had!!1. Dispatch was courteous and very quick to work with me in my immediate need.2. Master plumber Jeramie came on time and very quickly found the issue…and was able to correct it on the spot!3.     I had a problem with my hot tub just before the family came over for Thanksgiving. Still Waters came over the night before Thanksgiving, make a temporary fix so that I could use the hot tub on Thanksgiving, and did the permanent fix as soon as they got the parts. Great job, very much appreciated their going above and beyond. Super company.

    Our refrigerator was leaking at the wall valve. So grateful Jeremie was able to come quickly, thoroughly diagnose the issue and repair it well. Since he was here, we checked the washer valves which apparently were not shutting off all the way. He was able to repair them, as well. Feeling good that our issue was resolved and another prevented. He was professional, kindly answered all my questions and explained the repairs completely so I could understand what to expect. Great experience!

    The repair appointment was scheduled promptly. Then they had an opening and asked if they could come earlier (yes!) They sent me a text and phoned to confirm the technician was on the way.     Wonderful experience today! During the freezing temps, we had a pipe burst.Still Waters quickly returned our call and they were out within a day.     We had a busted pipe from the big freeze and have been without water since 12/24. We called several plumbing companies and no one could get to us until 1/3. After expressing my gratitude about them having appointments he let me know they really didn’t have appointments available- it was most likely a glitch in their system- and he had 17 extra calls today because of it. The fact that they STILL honored those appointments when they truly didn’t have to says everything about this company. Praying we don’t need a plumber again for a long time but if we do, there is a 100% chance we will use them again!

    I had been without hot water for several days and called the plumber I had used previously. He was on a large project and could not take care of me for about a week.     Our hot water stopped working and they were able to squeeze us in the very next morning. They even sent a text with a picture so we knew exactly who to expect.     We have used Still Waters plumbing for several years. They are extremely reliable and they always responsive to our plumbing needs.     Jeramie and his team member came to my hone on time to fix my kitchen sink draining issue. He checked the sink to address issue and be knowledgeable to figure out the way to fix it. It took him and his team about 45 minutes to get the fine done. He also advise me to use Bio One provided by Still Waters Plumbing that helps to keep drain line flowing to prevent it from blocking by stuffs. Overall, Jeramie and his team did a great job and meet my expectations. I will definitely refer Still Waters Plumbing to my family and my friend

    I am under contract and in inspection period on an older home without a sewer cleanout near the house. Without a cleanout near the home its difficult to determine condition of the sewer pipe between the home and the main city sewer line.I am very grateful that Kyle told me like it is: right now before we get up on the roof to enter through a vent or dismount a toilet, I can tell you your sewer pipe is the original one. The pipe is likely end-of-life now due to age of your prospective home. The video may be inconclusive and I will still tell you the pipe is end-of-life and potentially not very much more. He quoted pricing for the most likely option. I did not have the sense that he steered me towards the most expensive option whatsoever. We stood in the backyard and I showed pictures from my home inspection report that allowed him to make the best recommendation as to a possible approach.I showed up prepared to spend between $500 and $1000 (above and beyond the entirely separate home inspection fee) to get information, but his honesty about what I would really know before and after helped me make a decision to just ask for several estimates. I happily paid the trip charge after he used my home inspection photos of the crawlspace and attic to create those estimates. I now know what my first years in the home might realistically cost if we get to the closing table.I am extremely satisfied with the service I received this afternoon. We got a 3-6 pm window for arrival and he arrived just after 4. There was an automated text message roughly 1/2 hour prior to his arrival. Still Waters Plumbing appears to be a well-run modernized operation that has adapted to the necessities of doing business in the 2020s. His office quoted trip charge and other pricing without any hesitation. I will not hesitate to call them in the future. Still Waters Plumbing earned my trust today.If you stalk my other Google reviews I can be a real SOB sometimes. But genuinely good service gets/has earned a great review. Recommend 110%.

    Chose Still Waters Plumbing through American Home shield site to repair a leak in my bathroom. 3 day wait was the soonest Appointment available but based on reviews of Still Waters vs the other options I decided to wait and glad I did. Jeramie came in with his partner diagnosed my toilet leak quickly. Had a issue reattaching the toilet to the slab and installed new bolts because original one were corroded.
