    Gave J&S a call to figure out why my laundry and sink were backing up, and I was not disappointed! Austin went above and beyond what was expected and at a great price! Even had to call the plumber out and he showed up within the hour. Together they got the job done quickly and they were both friendly and professional! Would for sure recommend to anyone!

    SO thankful we found J&S Drain Services. They came to our house after hours to help with an emergency! We couldnt use our sink or washing machine. We have an old house and the plumbing is funky, but they took their time and fixed everything. Its hard to find people who take pride in their work and care about their customers. J&S does! Do not hesitate to call!

    Austin really helped us avoid disaster. When we had a pump blockage, he helped us find and coordinate with a pump truck and fixed the pump in 24 hours (when no pump company I called had any availability for a week).Professional, competent, and very efficient. Austin really went above and beyond for us. I cant recommend him enough!

    Austin was great he dug up the septic tank and took a camera down the drain field it was dry but from rotor roter draning it twice the out going baffle was plugged, one he got that up pluged the water was flowing down the drain field.So i recamind Austin he was a life saver.Thank you so much for your help Austin

    On a Sunday afternoon we had some serious septic issues, I called 3 companies and J&S was the only one to pick up the phone, they came out early the next morning diagnosed our problem and set in motion a plan to get us all taken care of! Loved working with this company, honest, friendly and knowledgeable.

    Our sewage pump was over filling causing the toilets to back up. This was on a Friday. We called J&S Drain and they came out that night! Great customer service, so very personable, and reasonably priced. We would recommend this company time and again!

    Above and beyond customer service! Austin came out the same day we called to help us out. Our septic was backing up. We could not locate the septic lid. He located our tank and helped us dig it out and diagnosed the issue. Great prices. Super friendly. I highly recommend this company.

    I have been having an issue with the septic system backing up at my rental property. I called spoke to a very friendly gentleman named John.. the prices where fair the services were superior and the customer service was beyond spectacular. If you need any work done in the plumbing field contact this company, being a business owner and not living in the area I am always skeptical about companies I do not know. I gave them a shot and they went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done.10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.

    Had to call for a last minute service as our son decided a cheeseburger needed to be flushed down the toilet instead of going in the garbage. I could be wrong but I believe the gentleman who came over was named Austin. If I got that wrong I apologize but you were great! Thank you!

    These guys came out to our house to do something really simple but it turned out to be a lot more. They ended up spending hours on it, but in the end still only charged us the amount they had originally said. They were super nice, helpful and truly went above and beyond. We totally recommend them and we’ll only use them if we have anymore issues!!

    These guys… what can I say. We had ALL our drains blocked, and called as an emergency. Now usually, even an ‘emergency’ they say a couple days. These guys? Showed up within an HOUR. The super helpful lady on the phone immediately texted me with their ETA after informing of her of the situation, and boom they were there. Took care of it immediately. Other plumbing services in this town begrudgingly tell you they’ll be there within the week, but it’s like these guys genuinely wanted to help, for once. Superb service.

    I highly recommend J & S Drain Services! My phone call was returned within minutes, Austin was AWESOME! he was able to fit me into his schedule the same day I called. He fixed my sink in a half hour. He explained what he was doing and even fixed the sprayer. And his prices were very affordable.Once again J & S Drain Services saved my day! my main water line cracked and was leaking water, it created a bubbling up puddle in my garden. J&S responded to my phone call quickly, came to assess the situation, returned promptly at 7:30am the next day and in only 3 hours he dug up and repaired the leak. He even gently dug up my flowers and replanted them when he was done. The repair cost was affordable. If you need drain services this is the company to call!

    The water was backing up in all of my sister Cindys bathroom fixtures. Austin came out the same day called, diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds, and went right to work to remedy the situation (tree roots had totally clogged the septic pipe). He is very knowledgeable, explained everything, and answered numerous questions. He also found a couple of not-so-urgent problems and will be coming back to take care of them in the very near future. She could have not been more pleased with the work he did and his friendly nature. She would highly recommend J & S Drain Services to anyone in need of a plumber.

    We recently had issues with our toilet. We called a plumber in Prineville; after 6 attempts for over a week, and damage to the bathroom walls, we called J&S.     We lucked out by selecting these guys to come out and fix our drain issue. They were able to squeeze us in same day, they were thorough, polite and courteous and they answered every question I had which turned out to be incredibly informative.
