We love don mac plumbing! We needed a 100 feet of water line and 2 outdoor spigots run on a tight schedule. Not only did he call right back but actually showed up that day to look at it! I cant remember the last time a plumber showed up within an hour of calling. He quickly fit us into his schedule and when the work was done the bill was less than the quote! Don is awesome and we would highly recommend him.

Very prompt and kind. Let me know availability and good times, and gathered as much information before so he could work quickly. He was very nice with my 2 year old son who was very interested in the work, and remembered his name. :)I had mentioned that we were needing to replace our water heater while the bathtub was being fixed. He took a look at it and found it just needed a few things replaced which saved us quite a bit of money!Definitely the plumber to use!

I was very impressed with Don and his crew! They came when they said theyd come and worked quickly and efficiently to fix the issues with my kitchen sink. Don also gave me pointers on what cleaners to use that would work better than typical cleaners. All in all they were very professional and I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing issues.

Don helped us fix our radiant heat system in our basement. He was knowledgeable and up front about pricing. He also came on a holiday week when every other plumber was booked for weeks. Our heat is working better now than it did before it was broken! Highly recommend.

A review so positive that I’d give him 6 out of 5 stars, and that’s saying something cause I’m not related or affiliated with him in any way. Don was amazing, he came when he said he would he accomplished his work in a quick and efficient manner. And he was even patient and helped us when we messed up and did the set up wrong. He was patient in explaining what prep work needed to happen for not only himself but also the other contractors he truly made our remodel possible.
