    We reached out to probably 15+ businesses and individual contractors to get some repair work done to our siding. A majority of them did not contact us back, the few that did provide a quote never showed up to do the work. Its been months of us trying to get this work done. Mr. Handyman of Westerville showed up and did the work at a reasonable price. So glad we found them!

    Definitely worth the money. Brian demonstrated clear knowledge of how to address the problem. When a simple adjustment could not fix the problem, he directed me to an online vendor to see if replacement parts could be located for a fifty year old patio door saving me quite a bit of money.

If the tech was running late a phone call was received, even better, receiving a text when he was on his way. Makes it easy to plan the day. My neighbor has already approached Handyman for work.     Our sliding glass door lock and handle were broken and inoperable for months prior to our appointment with Mr. Handyman. Our technician was competent and courteous and repaired the door (which was tricker than anticipated). I’m very satisfied with a job well done at a fair price. Mr. Handyman’s slogan of “it’s not done ‘til it’s done right” is completely fitting. If you’re one of those people like me who thinks he probably could do a job but shouldn’t, give these guys a call.

    I was in need of help hanging some difficult large pictures so I sent a request for a quote to Mr. Handyman. Start to finish the service was extremely professional. I received a call immediately after submitting my request, and was able to set up an appointment the same week. I was given several options for even quicker service if my schedule allowed. Our technician, Paul, was very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he do a great job hanging our pictures, but he noticed I had new light fixtures waiting to be installed in my kitchen. I’ve taken time off work twice to have these lights installed, only to have two different electricians cancel on me. Paul ended up installing those for me as well, did a great job, and saved me from taking another day off work. I would definitely use Mr. Handyman for any future projects.

    Wonderful experience. I hired them to replace an over-the-stove microwave and to install a cabinet over the refrigerator. The office manager Annette was excellent about accommodating my work schedule and made sure I was updated often. The handyman Charles was on time, skilled and professional, and had a great sense of humor about the challenges of working on an old house. The business owner even called me on the same evening after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. Its so nice to find someone who shows up when they say they will and does the work well!

    Beyond professional, Dave Wood’s team was always punctual and transparent. They replaced our garage door flashing trim and came up with a very creative and cost effective solution for a waterproofing issue we had on a basement window. I highly recommend their services!     Just had our master bathroom redone by these guys. Nic absolutely killed it, and the owner Dave even came by to lend a hand a few times. Our full bathroom remodel ended up being less expensive with Mr. Handyman then when we had Bathfitters come in and replace just the bathtub in our other bathroom. Highly recommend.

Nick was knowledgeable, efficient, and quick in getting our repair completed. Not only that, but he was friendly, courteous, and he used shoe covers to protect our floors.     After an appliance installation company would not install the dishwasher they delivered, I contacted Mr Handyman online. The owner called me after business hours within an hour of my inquiry! He gave me a quote and assured me that his technician would be able to install the dishwasher. He was able to schedule for 2 days later which was nice. I received confirmation texts that evening and the scheduled morning (even included the technicians name). When David Parrish arrived, he was very professional and friendly. The job was done within the quoted time and price. We are extremely pleased with the work and will definitely use and recommend Mr Handyman of Westerville and Delaware County in the future!

    I recently purchased a condo, and at one time the toilet leaked. So I called Mr. Handyman to take the toilet up and replace the subflooring and install luxury vinyl flooring, then put the toilet back. Nick did a great job and actually completed it in one day.     My condo association said I needed new screens for my windows and to fix my back privacy fence. So, I went to Google to find a handyman. Initially, when he came out for the quote, he was real nice and honest, and told me going to Ace Hardware to get the screens fixed myself… would probably be the best financially for me.He then quoted between $1500 and $2000 to fix my back fence.He came out yesterday and arrived promptly on time. Started working immediately. Got the whole project done in about 7 hours, whereas the original quote was for two days. Saved me some money there, Which always helps. The fence looks great. The condo people are happy, and I did not spend an arm and a leg.

    Work was done fine, we had a piece of fascia replaced on our house that blew off. Only thinking lacking was the communication. Was told 9-10am arrival. Office person did call and say running late, no worries there. Get a text from tech (Nic) at 10:43am on way. 12:04pm and still not showed or called to give update. I called and they said he is getting materials. That’s fine, would have been nice to update as my wife wasn’t expecting to have to wait so long after on way. Finally shows at 1:00pm, 2 hours and 15 min after on way text. Completed job but then just leaves without knocking on door to have us take a look at work completed or having us pay for job. Just received bill in email. Had to call in and pay. The job was done fine, but it just would seem like common courtesy to ask the customer to see the completed work and not just drive off with no notice, just seemed a little unprofessional. A call updating us on why it was taking so long to arrive would have been kind as well. Thanks for completing the job though.
