    The Peninsula Electric team can out to install a new 200A service (mast, external service cut-off and new breaker panel). The team did a great job and were easy to work with, checking along the way with me on some options and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing big jobs like this - they have the experience and tools to do it right.

    Andrew, from Peninsula Electric, came out to give us advice on a home generator and provided 3 separate quotes (for a whole house generator, for a transfer switch where we can select what circuits we want to power, and for wiring in a pig tail so we could connect a portable generator). The office team was wonderful in answering questions and helping us make a good decision. I highly recommend them, not only because they are a small family run business, but because they do great work.

    Jake and his teammate where just excellent as was Becky in the office. They managed to fit us in their schedule when it was crazy due to power outages. They quickly fixed the issue and put in surge protectors. Not having them was what caused the issues we experienced. Have used them and will continue to call them first!!!

    Peninsulas customer service and communication was top notch. The technician they sent to my house to work on my generator was a fine young man, on time, and conducted himself professionally. I was very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Peninsula Electric.

    In the summer of 2019, Peninsula Electric was a godsend when I needed electrical work wiring a large shed I had added to my property.Al came to my house to discuss the project and walked the area. He had some questions for me such as heat, end use, etc. The quote I received was affordable for me and I could not be more happy with the work completed by Marty - well done sir!!!The majority of their work was completed quickly, and then they allowed me time to finish the interior prior to them finishing the outlets and fixtures. No pressure knowing it might take a few weeks at the most.Then COVID hit and my project came to a complete halt... I could not get the interior finish work contracted and completed due to the restrictions etc... this caused about a 10 month delay on my end. Once I did get the interior finished this last Summer/Fall, they jumped me right back on schedule with no problem and came to finish their portion of the work. Very easy outfit to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend them.I will no doubt contact Peninsula Electric for any electrical needs I my have in the future, especially now that I have experienced the quality and care they provide to their customers.Thanks!Danny Shaw

    Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Peninsula Electric. Their customer service is top notch, which feels hard to come by these days. Every individual we interacted with both on the phone and in person was friendly, respectful and completely transparent. When we started looking for someone to complete this job we anticipated it being a frustrating and stressful experience, but it ended up being the complete opposite. Definitely recommend giving them a call (they answer the phone, too!).

    The companys estimator, Mauricio, was very friendly, informative, and helpful in assessing our needs and helping my wife and I determine the best ways to accomplish our home improvement goals. Journeyman Electrician Shelby and Apprentice Mo arrived on time and worked diligently to quickly install coaxial cabling in two rooms, two 4-plug outlets, and dual can lights for a work area. I recommend this company without qualification or reservation, and expect to hire the company, again, in the future.

    In 20llPeninsula Electric installed two ceiling fans in my home did an excellent job. In one instance they had to go up into the attic to do the electrical work for the master bedroom install. I was very impressed! They then returned because the lighting company sent the incorrect controls.In 2019Let me to take this opportunity say what an excellent job Marty, with Peninsula Electric did on our chandelier installation. His attention to detail and his willingness to take the extra time to adjust the chandelier lift to accommodate the cap of the chandelier resulted in an excellent installation. The Chandelier also has a motor installed so it can be dropped from the 15 foot great room ceiling to replace light bulbs. Marty stayed to test the complete lift and drop function and the light dinner switch.Given his outstanding professionalism, I can only add how enjoyable it was to have him in our home. He is an outstanding asset to the organization.2021 Ill be calling Peninsula Electric again to install a new dining room chandelier.

    I hired Peninsula Electric to install a whole-house generator and install new light fixtures and security cameras inside and out. They were timely and reliable, communication was excellent, and the electricians who did the work were extremely professional and followed all COVID guidelines without ever being asked. Weve had a lot of work done at the house since buying it a couple of months ago and they are the best service provider weve engaged with. Highly recommended.

    BEYOND RECOMMEND!!! Wow! I don’t know the first thing about electrical work so I called everywhere on Bainbridge Island initially as that’s where I live. I was given insane wait times, had tons of no shows, people cancel, etc. I finally called off island. This is the first time I had an actual business treat me like they were a COMPANY! Wendy is such a doll! They are professionals through and through. Even in the snow this morning they made it here and are currently getting the job done. I am beside myself appreciative. We’re getting an electrical hookup for our hot tub as I’m a hairstylist with rheumatoid arthritis. It’s super important to me to have this for medical necessity and I can’t thank them enough for getting to our project so quickly- it took them under four days. They’re a completely Godsend! Forever our electricians and I’m forever grateful!

    I have used Peninsula electric for over 5 years and can say their professionalism, work quality, friendliness, and value-pricing is what keeps my coming back. Their work stands the test of time years later and never once have I thought in hindsight, why they approached a job they way they did, or wishing they had done the job differently. Im a big critic when it comes to quality work and understand electrical enough to know when corners are cut - Peninsula cuts no corners!

    I have had Peninsula install electrical services at my residence several times. Work was always provided on time and with a courteous electrician. Even the county inspector said who ever installed your electrical did a outstanding job. That alone tells me it was professionally done.

    We had them replace our Generac generator. Everyone that I have worked with through attempting to repair our old generator through, installation and servicing of our new one has been friendly and capable. Warranty service that was required was done without any expense or paper-work on my side.

    Peninsula Electric just replaced my old whole home generator (18+ years old). They removed the old generator and installed a new liquid propane Generac generator and wired it into the existing generator panel with a couple of wire and circuit upgrades. The guys were super professional, polite, and helped answer the questions I had. I was very happy with the service and the install. Definitely recommend them for whole home generator service and electrical. As a note, I had a another electrical group tell me I had to install a whole new Generac panel with new wiring as it was required by Costco if i purchased the Generac generator there. I was super skeptical since I already had the Generac electric panel installed and the new generator KW output wasnt much different from prior. Peninsula assessed the old Generac panel, the new generator and said I just a needed a couple of new wires and a new circuit. That is honestly and integrity and another reason I recommend them.     Someone driving a gigantic, lifted GMC Pickup with company branding just above the door panel visits the Asian massage parlor in Silverdale 2-4 times a week (and has been for months) and always parks in the wrong parking lot and walks to there location, tying up our valuable customer parking. Why arent they parking in the parking lot where they are going?

    In a panic I called 3 companies- then Penninsula called me back and dispatch was able to find Marty in 20 minutes who pulled up in a nice van with Penninsula logo and proceeded to figure out whats wrong with a whole circuit / and within 45 minutes he replaced and correctly wired faulty switch plus replaced 4 older outlets. He was personable and did a solid good fast job.They will get my next call.Gary B

    Chance came out to provide annual service on my Generac 60kW generator on a day when it was pouring rain. He performed the service with a smile (and a pop-up tent to stay semi-dry), and he taught me a lot about the unit. He was a pleasure to work with, and I am very pleased with the service provided by Peninsula Electric.
