    We were so happy with Renovation by Sanj! They did an extensive remodel to get our home ready for sale. New floors, Bathrooms replaced, fixed broken cabinets, carpeting, lighting, just about everything. The workmanship was top notch, the workman who worked in our home were always polite and friendly, they came in on budget and communication was excellent. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a home renovation.

    Renovations by Sanj was every bit the professional & effective experience we had heard about in the community! We combined two adjacent closets into one (including tile work), moved the doorway & interior lights/switches, and changed a traditional swinging door to a barn door -- all in the span of three days. From Sanjit himself, to the team lead Jesus and the rest of the crew involved, every part of our project was an inclusive and positive experience. Quick, efficient, clean & beautiful work, cannot recommend them enough!!

    We are thrilled with the work completed by Renovations by Sanj! He and his team converted a half bath to a beautiful full bath on our first floor and transformed a large screened-in-porch to an all-season room, adding great space and function to our home. Throughout the process Sanjit had creative ideas and cost-effective approaches to enhance our living areas. All work was of excellent quality, completed on time, within budget. He and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. We were so pleased that we have contracted with him to renovate four bathrooms and the entire basement.     Sanj and his crew did an incredible job on our home. It needed significant updates, as well as modifications for accessibility. Sanj not only did what we asked affordably, but noticed additional things that would make our house more accessible, for example by leveling the entry to the bathroom. He kept us updated on their progress each day and answered all of our many many questions. All of the finish details are beautifully done - i highly recommend working with Sanj!

    We hired Sanjit and his team to paint our whole house, take care of wood rot, plumbing, and to add a backsplash. His team did a great job and Sanjit is very attentive, responsive, and even agreed to do touch ups when we move our furniture in. I would absolutely recommend Sanjit and plan to use his services when we are ready to do more renovations and work on our home!

    Renovations by Sanj did a demolition and replacement of our badly cracked ceramic floor. Sanj suggested luxury vinyl tile as a cost-effective replacement, and we are thrilled with the new stone-look flooring in our kitchen and foyer. He brought in skilled teams for each phase of the work, began and finished on schedule we agreed to, and was completely transparent on pricing for labor and materials. His team also replaced water-damaged woodwork around our refrigerator, matching custom cabinets perfectly. Sanj was great to work with! We are happy to recommend his services and hope to use him for future projects.

    Renovations by Sanji and company was far better than I could have asked for. 5 stars would not be enough justice to describe the awesome professionalism and care from the beginning to the end of the remodel. The level of communication and preparation was concise and clear on the entire work process. The roof contractors and interior crew were very considerate and paid attention to keep the work areas neat and vacuumed up so there was little to handle after each working day here. Our possessions and furniture were moved and covered well during the interior and exterior work. I was happy to see they picked up any loose debris outside at the of their workday. Any of my friends or neighbors who stopped by were impressed with their work. The house came out great and we especially enjoy our new solar powered Velux skylights, the architectural roof shingles and the changes have made of home an envy of the neighborhood. We can’t express our gratitude enough. We’ve used these fine folks on several properties over the years and always amazed.

    Renovations by Sanj did a demo & redo on 2 bathrooms. They did a fantastic job! I was quoted almost twice as much and twice as long by other contractors. Sanj & his team was very professional, always easy to reach and get updates, and helped with choosing the right parts for the right cost. Also, inevitably, little things always need follow up and his guys did a great job of doing these after the fact at no extra cost! Would fully recommend and reuse.
