Best Way was great and very easy to work with. The initial bid is free and they got it to me very quickly. When I mentioned that I had a second bid from another company that suggested WAY more work to my chimney, they offered to take a second look for free. Together, we expanded the scope a little bit from the original plan, but I felt comfortable skipping some of the very expensive items noted by another masonry company. The work was done quickly and cleanly. I havent seen any issues so far, but I will update this review if I do. I would also definitely use Best Way again.

Mark and Liz and their team were wonderful. They rebuilt an old chimney that was leaning and had failing grout from the roof line up plus added new flashing. We needed the work done promptly to complete a remodel so we could move into the house and they worked us into their busy schedule. We were unable to meet them in person and they managed a long distance relationship with us with a lot of sensitivity and care on the job. Thank you so much!

We contacted Best Way Masonry to find out how much it would cost to have some bricking applied to the front of our home. After scouting the job, they provided a proposal that was quite reasonable. After we gave them the go-ahead, Brandon from Best Way started working that very afternoon and he completed the work the following day. Brandon really did a phenomenal job and we are quite impressed with both his professionalism and his skillfulness. We are most pleased!

I recently had BWM complete a chimney restoration on my 100 year old house. The upper part was hidden beneath a wooden frame due to deterioration, so I had no idea as to its condition. Mark (owner) gave a fair bid, and completed the work in just a few days. It was on budget and time, and we had solid communication throughout.They are a small outfit, and I recommend you use text once you get something set up since Mark is usually on a jobsite working, but hell get the job done and do it right.Ive used BWM now for three jobs at two houses, and will continue to use them for any masonry I need.

Best way did an efficient and quality job tuckpointing my chimney on 4 sides. No fuss to work with, were quick to respond with quote and also were able to start in short order. Appreciate the quality job the crew did even working in respirators during the forest fire smoke. Also left no trace at work site on completion.

I am a General Contractor. I used their service to rebuild a chimney. They did the job right, they got to the job at the time agreed. The price was what we agreed to. Their price offer was $400 less than the other mason I called. They have helped me on other job since and the price and service I was pleased with both.

We have a mid-century, single story ranch house with a three-flue chimney, center front, in need of repair and a chimney cap. Because the chimney is so large and prominent, it was important to us that the cap wasnt an eyesore. Best Way was willing to put in the time and expertise for collaboration to come up with a design that looks creative and purposeful, rather than something there by default. They also went out of their way to make sure that everything was cleaned up properly, any bits of mortar removed, etc. All in all a great job with great people (a special hats-off to Liz in the office and Cam and Brandon on the job). Best Way Masonry completed three projects that involved 4 separate residences (2 of the 3 on my property). These were unique masonry and concrete removal projects. Best Way had a competitive bid. Mark was responsive and available; both during the bidding process and during the actual projects. The team worked efficiently and left the work sites clear and free of debris. The work was completed as agreed upon and within the time frames agreed upon. I highly recommend this company and would hire Best Way Masonry in the future.
