I have been doing buisness with Duplex since its opening in 1990.I love Joe and the staff, they are very helpfull and eager to help. The one issue I have is the fact that everyday items like a GFCI CBs are not in stock and always have to be brought in from Jersey. And its not only circuit breakers its alot of other standard items that and electriccal supply house should stock on the shelves to meet the communities needs. We are in the middle of pool season here on Long Island, which is filled with pools, and items like GFCI breakers and deck boxes should be an everyday item we can stop by and pick up. Love going to Duplex Electric. Ive been happy with all of the electrical devices that Ive purchased, including LED recessed lighting, circuit breakers, switches, GFI outlets, programmable thermostats, smoke detectors and combo smoke/carbon detectors. The guys at the counter have helped me navigate my whole house renovation. They take the time to not only educate me with the different options, but show me the options, which really makes it easy to keep going back to Duplex for all of my electrical needs. -
