    AL was not only professional, he was very friendly and informative. I called him up a week ago and he showed up right after working all day to investigate what I needed done. The next week AL promptly arrived and busted out the instalation of the dishwasher (brand new install) sink, and disposal. Hes work was amazing.     From start to finish the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. His price quote was spot on and he was upfront about the entire job throughout. He diligently worked thru his lunch to ensure our plumbing was draining properly and the clog was exterminated. His competition tried to nickle and dime me thru 4 visits. Where he completed the job in under 4hrs. I would use him for any future plumbing needs and would recommend no one else for plumbing jobs in the area.

    Albert did a great job for us. We originally called him to hook up a new sink and then added a garbage disposal at the last minute. He did both of those items well and adjusted our dishwasher to sit better under the new counter-tops. All work done professionally and at a reasonable price.

    Albert of Jet Plumbing has been extremely helpful in facilitating the upgrade of plumbing in our 1928-built home on both the inside and outside. He is highly knowledgeable, seeks creative and workable solutions, and gets the job done right. In addition, he is very aware of the risks posed by older pipes and parts which can leech harmful substances such as lead into drinking and irrigation water. Finally, Albert brings not just his expertise to his work, but is a very personable and genuinely nice guy to have at ones home. We highly recommend him!

    I recently removed a rain shower that was in the middle of the ceiling and installed a regular shower head on the wall. After plumbers tape, tightening, etc, I still could not get the connection between the water line and the shower to stop dripping (and this means inside wall water damage if not fixed) and asked my husband to find a plumber.He found Albert and I am super happy he did. At first, I was afraid we had a no show, until my husband realized he had never confirmed the apt time. When he spoke with Albert, Albert squeezed us in and still came out same day.I explained to Albert what I had done, and asked if he could tell me what I did wrong. He was so pleasant and willing to teach me! He let me watch the whole process, and I learned not to skimp on quality of plumbers tape, thats for sure!He also took a look at some other items, and made some recommendations for improvements that he knew I could do myself. No upselling or trying to make more money, just real recommendations.We will use Albert again and I recommend you do too.

    Not only is Al an exceptional plumber who truly knows his specialty, but he is kind and respectful. I had a bathtub overflow plate whose seal had finally deteriorated enough that whenever the tub was cleaned, a drip would work itself down the outside of the tub shell into the crawlspace. Luckily no structural damage was found and the repair was tackled quickly and professionally. I will without a doubt call him again should the need arise and have already recommended him to my friends and neighbors.

    I found a plumbing leak in the water line from the street to my house. I called 3 plumbers, Albert was the first to call back, and he arrived a few hours later, fixing the leak the same day i called.He did a great job, was very knowledgable, and gave prompt and professional service.     We have had Albert come out twice (for separate problems) and he has been great! We appreciate how quickly he responds, hes very flexible in scheduling, and he does great work. We will definitely have him do any work that we may need in the future.The most recent job was changing wax rings on 2 toilets after having the flooring replaced. As an afterthought, we asked him if he could also take care of an issue with our hot water heater while he was there. Even though it was a last minute/added on request, he immediately agreed to fix it and had the work done fast, and at a good price.

    Ive had Al out 3 times and each time he was exceptional. The first time was to install a water shut off valve, the second was to install a PRV and lastly to replace the water valves for our washer & dryer. Each time he was responsive, fairly priced, and honest. He even replaced the W/D valves within an hour of us calling him (they began leaking). I strongly recommend him!

    So, I cant figure out how to add another review (maybe its not allowed) so Ill edit this. Albert came out again for us a couple of months ago for a really big job. We had a leak in the water pipe between the house and the main at the street. The pipe was very deep and mixed among big tree roots and ran alongside electrical cable. The job was really challenging and Albert went way above and beyond in fixing this problem for us and did exceptional work. We are very grateful that for the work he did.Albert came out to repair an old toilet that was leaking from underneath onto the floor. He was quick to respond, open and honest, timely, efficient, and a complete professional. He also took the time to walk around with me and look at a couple of other projects.

    Albert is the best! My water heater broke. I called every plumbing company in the area to fix it including Albert. All the plumbing companies refused to even look at it. Not Albert. He told me that it would not be a problem, and he would get it done. He solved the problem quickly at a reasonable price. I have heat and hot water again because of Albert! He went above and beyond to fix my problem. I would give him 12 stars.

    F I could give this gentleman a hundred stars I would! He fixed a DIY disaster under my kitchen sink. What started with a leaking faucet ended with PVC hot water line so old and brittle it snapped and the entire hot water tank was emptied onto my floor before I could get to the heater and turn off the water supply.I call Jet P&H and left a brief message, Albert returned my call within a few minutes, made sure I had turned off the water & heat to the tank and set up an appointment for the next morning. Later he called back and said he had to pick up supplies at Home Depot and offered to bring a faucet with him in case he couldnt fix mine. I was so happy about this as the faucet was beyond repair and I hated the only suitable replacement I could find in town. Through pictures he sent me I was able to pick one I liked and he brought it with him! Hows that for service?Albert quickly explained what he was going to do and got to work. He installed new pipe and fittings under the sink and all went well until the old soap dispenser would not come out! The thing was solid metal and firmly rusted. After seeing him wrestling with it for a while I said it was okay to leave it but the new gear came with a soap dispenser and Albert was determined. So, after trying everything else he had to saw through it... from above, as there was no room underneath! The entire time he was super careful not to damage the sink. So an estimated job of two hours turned into three BUT Albert did not charge me for the hour it took to saw or the two blades he wore out! All is well now. Faucet and soap dispenser look and work great. To cap it all off, when he went to turn on the water to the water heater he noticed a ground wire that wasnt properly attached, grabbed a tool and fixed it! He gave me sound advice on a lot of things that need to be taken care of and he will be the one I call when I am ready to do some improvements.

    Found a leak yesterday at my laundromat, and I started calling plumbers in the area. After a few calls to plumbers, none could help me until I got to Jet Plumbing. Albert picked up right away and said he could help me. He ends up coming early (when was the last time I had a service provider show up before their scheduled time? Never! It blew my mind that he came early), analyzes the problem, tells me exactly what was causing the problem, fixes the leak AND the cause of the leak, and kindly doesn’t charge me for the 10 minute service. Wow!!! I was absolutely amazed with his professionalism, intelligence, and superb humanity. There’s no doubt in my mind that Albert and his company, Jet Plumbing, is now my laundromat’s choice of plumber.

    We highly recommend Jet Plumbing and Heating. We are totally renovating an old cabin that never had any plumbing and had despaired of finding a plumber who would take on the job. At one point we thought we had a fellow, but he had a problem with the way the septic system installer had installed the septic system. We tried someone else with a similar result. We finally called Al at Jet Plumbing and Heating -- which we must have overlooked -- and he responded immediately. He noticed the same problems as the first plumber but said, I can fix this and we can make this work. He was always, unfailingly upbeat and optimistic. He had to do some plumber magic but he did so without complaint. We live out-of-state and he was excellent at keeping us informed, sending plenty of pictures and explaining everything he was doing. When we asked questions -- as we were so uninformed about plumbing matters -- he was always patient in explaining. We think of him as a artist and a magician. He went over and above the call of duty. He has now done all he could do to ready the cabin for the next phase (installation of electricity, insulation, and sheetrock, etc.) but stands ready to come back to finalize the installation of the appliances. I wouldnt think of using anyone else to take us to completion. He is, simply put, fabulous.

    I woke to water flowing under the house, called Albert at 7:30am, and he was at my house within the hour. He had to dig out under the foundation, cut into the asphalt of my driveway, to find a beefy bicep-sized root had grown around the water intake and finally broken the pipe. This was an emergency situation and Albert responded ASAP, was never daunted by the surprises he kept finding, and implemented a solution same day. The cost of emergency plumbing repairs is never fun to face, but Albert was transparent and up front with the costs and absolutely gave a fair price. And its all fixed!     It was labor day weekend, and the hot water tank was aleakin!I did a quick google search and Jet looked like they could do the job. I called the number, and got to speak to Albert, not to a machine, not to an answering service. Could he do it? He came by, took a look and said yes. Because of distance and travel and timing, we bought a replacement at Hennery, and he installed it. He did a first rate job, did it at warp speed, and made it happen. The price was fair (meaning equitable). The important part was he said he could make it happen, and thats what he delivered on. Thats what matters.We had some questions a couple of weeks later, and Albert was very helpful with suggestions and hints.

    I had a water leak in my crawlspace, but the plumbers in town are super busy, what with COVID home improvement projects and all. Its almost impossible to find someone whos available, but one of their competitors recommended that I call Jet. Albert and Jacob came out after hours to replace a leaky valve in the crawlspace. Both were very congenial and responsive to my needs, and he repair was a success. Moreover, I was not charged a premium for after-hours service. As a consequence, I have no reservations about calling Jet Plumbing & Heating again for any of my plumbing needs.

    Called Jet Plumbing to replace a pressure pump. When the pump arrived, Albert noticed an imperfection in the manufacturing that could have caused serious problems down the road. Many places would have just installed the thing and been done with it, but Albert refused to use the sub-standard equipment and expedited procuring a new one. I like that integrity in a business.     Albert has been an absolutely amazing hard worker with taking out my steam radiators and offering to pressure wash them for me while I am getting my floors refinished in my home. His communication and passion for his work shines and the price he charges is more than fair. He doesn’t waste time and makes sure he does more than just what the job is required. If he finds something that can become of concern in the future he will tell you. Or find other things than can help make things more cost efficient for you in the long run he will give you a list and give you resources such as energy efficient water heater where you can get rebates from your local PUD. Things he doesn’t have to tell you about but is looking out for your best interest in making sure your home is at it’s most efficient.
