    I reached out to Mr. Masters on a Thursday to help with exposed wiring noted in our 4 point inspection. This was short notice and we were in a crunch at the time. Our home insurance policy was coming up for renewal.The following Monday Mr. Masters came by the house and made all the necessary repairs. He was responsive, courteous, professional and finished the job that morning. Our first time working with Mr. Masters and his company was a pleasant experience and will be keeping his number on file should we need his assistance again in the future. Many thanks.

    One morning, we called Masters Electric in desperation because our office was without power. Jerry and his team came to our rescue without hesitation. The office staff is also very kind and helpful! We can rely on them to provide excellent service and be there for us when we need them!

    I dont write 5 star reviews often, as Im more of the complainer type if Im honest however this experience today warrants it..It is so hard to get good service in Florida. People are late, they stand you up, request payment but dont finish the job, you name it. Masters electric put my fears to rest. They scheduled me for a quote very quickly and sent Don over. While he was here diagnosing my issues he called over a second employee to give him a hand. They worked very quickly to diagnose my problem and give me a quote. Dons lighthearted approach to the situation made me feel comfortable, and their combined efforts resulted in a cost effective approach to getting me back in business.I got them scheduled to come take care of the work and heres where things get better. The two guys that showed up today to do the work were great. They were supposed to be here at 8am. In Florida that could mean 8:15, that could mean 9am, that could mean we call you at 11 and reschedule. These guys were knocking on my door at 7:58am. Im pretty terrible with names so Ill just say they were two younger gentlemen who got right to work. They discovered a secondary problem with my wiring in the room they began working in and realized very quickly there was a better way to fix things. They went right to it, finished in just a few hours, and saved me almost $600. Im beyond thrilled with the work theyve done. On top of it Im back in business and my house has electricity going to all rooms again. Couldnt be happier with they work they did.Lastly, the room they were working in is more like a shed/addition to my home. Its cramped, its unfinished, hot, and the floor is literally those puzzle piece rubber bits. Out of an appliance repair man, a handymen crew, and now the electricians - I can say that the two younger guys that worked here today are the only ones to make sure that room was put back together correctly.Thanks guys. Id highly recommend you to anyone in my lives.

    Had an FPL power surge that fried part of our breaker box. Called Masters and they sent Chris over to us the same day. So grateful that they made us a priority due to our emergency! Chris had to order some parts but he was able to ensure we had some outlets available in the kitchen in the interim and he came back the following week to fix the rest.

    I was out of town and needed a job completed on a home I had listed for sale. I called Masters Electric and they answered their phone right away, scheduled the appointment, went out the same day, diagnosed and made the necessary repairs in a jiffy. Jerry even emailed me with a breakdown of what was done. Fast and efficient. If you call on Masters, you wont be sorry!

    Unfortunately my family was scammed by a bad contractor (Mann Construction) who stole our money and left us with the bill. Masters has been so patient and understanding and allowed us to set up a payment plan since we are victims. Later they will help us finish our project.

    They came by to install a 50 amp connector for my rv. It was done in a couple of hours, looks like its always been there and the guys even told me how to save some money. Will use them and recommend them anytime!

    The company was able to correct a few minor repairs for me to complete my closing on a property in Port Orange. I was on the West Coast and they got me scheduled within a couple of days to complete the work. Labor rate was great. Highly recommend!!
