Mike reinforced our roof two years ago when we bought our 1980 mobile home. He suggested that he replace all of our screws and then sealed up anything that needed it. From a previous storm, we lost a ridge vent and he replaced that as well. I’m so happy to report that we had absolutely no roof damage from Ian, but our neighbor lost his entire roof! The nextdoor neighbor lost his carport. Well worth the money we spent 2 years ago to have the peace of Mind that Mike did the right job!! Thank you so much!!

Great job! Mike is very experienced and knowledgeable. All the screws on our double wide mobile home roof were rusted and falling out and they did the job in one day. Mike and his crew are awesome. Quick to respond to your needs. Professional, quality work and very reasonably priced. They explain in detail what they are going to do and then they do what they say and more. They clean up the work area after they are done and they go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you paid for and more. I had water damage and mold due to a leaking hot water pipe and the mold remediation company did not rebuild. I reached out to Tomkatz and they had my house buttoned up in short order. We had damages to our mobile home after hurricane Matthew. Mike and his crew came in and repaired a wall and replaced the floor in the bedroom and hallway.. They also put in a handicap toilet and replaced the faucet in the kitchen. . We will use them again when needed. They are reasonable and do excellent work.

They fixed my roof where a tree fell on it, and replaced my fallen in ceiling.They saved my home from being condemned and lost.I could not ask for better work. They got right to work on it. They were neat and clean. Very respectful. I will hire them again for future repairs without a doubt.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike Thomas and his crew. I had serious siding damage with water intrusion. He came out the same day I called and gave an estimate, which was lower than the two previous ones I received from other companies. The work was done in 2 days and is absolutely beautiful. They threw in a lot of extras that they did not charge for and were prompt, neat, and courteous, too. I will be using them again and would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

The crew at Tomkatz did an exceptional job with my project!!. As an engineer myself, I have seen lots of contractors work and his is second to none. Tomkatz have an acute attention to detail and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. We were trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, and with Mikes skill of craftsmanship and code knowledge he realized what was a very difficult task under a lot of pressure. His ability to think on his feet and creative problem solving is better than advertised. I will be recommending him to residential and commercial clients I know who will be seeking an affordable and reliable contractor. I couldnt be happier!!! A+
