    We needed to replace our water heater. Justin helped us to choose the heater based on our budget. He kindly agreed to come in the evening to replace it. He took time to make sure everything worked perfectly after it has been installed. He even charged us a little less than he estimated.     On Columbus day we found a problem in the basement the boiler had sprung a leak. The plumber the owner and operator (Justin) came when promised, assessed the need and gave a fair quote (even though I really had no choice because it was really bad). Apparently, it was a simple fix he replaced the broken piece and also reduced the cost based upon for a cash payment. Justin is a ethical and fair plumber and I highly recommend his service.

    Justin is a great plumber and I highly recommend him. He was responsive to our basement flood. He was able to diagnose the problem and offer valuable solutions. His installation of our new equipment, pipes and a wetness alarm turned out much better than brand new. He worked with us on our timing and gave a great price with quality replacement parts. Most of all, he does what he says and knows plumbing as an extremely experienced master plumber.

    We had a pipe burst after the arctic blast and it was hard to find a plumber available on short notice. Justin came out fast, immediately found the source of our leak which actually turned out to be two pipe breaks, and he made the repair quickly and got our water turned back on. He also took some extra time to educate us on preventing this in the future by giving some tips about insulation and how to properly care for pipes in the winter since we are new to Colorado. Justin was professional, reliable, and we would highly recommend him! Definitely keeping his number for any future plumbing needs!

    Justin did a great job installing a new water heater for us. He used all copper connections with no shark-bite for better reliability. He was able to install the new water heater with very short notice and he was lower cost than the competitive bids. I will definitely be using his services again.Edit the next day:Our water heater is in an outdoor closet (so strange with the cold weather climate of Colorado) and not only provides hot water, but provides heat for the apartment as well. Justin explained that the original setup is completely inadequate to perform both functions as providing apartment heat is supposed to have a check valve (to prevent air bubbles from getting into the line for the water pump) and a mixing valve (to drop faucet temperature to 120F and maintain water heater at 140F for apartment heating). Since this was all missing from the water closet there was no way to know that the water heater also provided apartment heat so we lost apartment heating due to air in the water pump line (which happens any time the main water is shutoff). Justin came in the next day (on his day off) and bled the line of air to restore heat. He kept everything clean and he was $1500 cheaper than the competitive bid to boot. Hes definitely a do-again and is our go to man!

    A fantastic local plumber, with a level of prompt, professional, personable service you just dont often encounter these days. Justin was kind enough to come out in under an hour, less than a week before Christmas. He arrived exactly on time, gave an up front quote, quickly and completely fixed the problem with our leaking toilet, and tidied up before he left. Never been happier with an emergency plumbing experience. I heartily recommend this company and will certainly call on them with any future plumbing needs.

    Three days before Christmas my disposal completely detached from the sink, pipes leaking, etc. Green Tap was able to get me in the day I called (2 other plumbers couldnt). Justin told me what caused the problem and offered 3 different ways to fix it, all at different prices points. He also adjusted the trip lever on my tub. All the while teaching me a lot about plumbing! Keeping them on speed dial -- great experience. I will have him back for other plumbing projects.

    If it was possible to give 6 stars, I would. Justin came to our house at 10:30 pm to help us with our main water shut off valve. Our home is in the Marshall Fire evacuation area. We were lucky to still have a house to return to. For some reason we couldnt get the water to start running again and Justin quickly fixed everything, gave us some useful tips and refused to charge us. I cant believe people like him exist.     I can’t recommend Justin and Green Tap enough! I recently purchased an abandoned foreclosure home and called Green Tap to do my bathroom remodels. Once Justin started working he informed me the house was never winterized when it was abandoned and that ALL of the plumbing and pipes had to be replaced as well as my water heater and water softening system. I did not budget for this but Justin worked with me on prices and was patient and understanding when I was frustrated. He did a complete bathroom remodel upstairs and repaired the shower downstairs so I could save up to do that down the road instead. (Side note: he also has good taste if you ever need help picking things out like a vanity, tile, shower tub, etc.)Green Tap also moved my laundry room from upstairs to downstairs in my garage and installed a utility sink. He even put in a water line so I could have a hose hookup outside to water my garden. Because of Green Tap my house went up $220k in value!!! I couldn’t be more happy with all services provided and I highly highly recommend them!

    I called in a panic due to I found a puddle of water in my basement. I called Green Tap and spoke with a member of his office staff. Justin was out to my house in an hour. He not only fixed a leaking valve on my water heater (I couldn’t afford a new one at the time) but also showed me where a pipe was also leaking. The repair was done immediately and the price was so much better than what my friends told me their plumbers had charged them for similar work.I was so happy to be leak free that I immediately hired him to install a new toilet for me.     So thankful for their service. They had come out to repair a gas leak. Low and behold, smelled gas again. He came promptly , rechecked everything, ended up replacing the black iron pipes as a precaution, and found out it was my gas dryer not igniting.     Our pipes froze and we did not have running water in our home for almost 12 hours. We tried to thaw the pipes, but nothing worked. I called Green Tap after finding them online and seeing that they were right in the community. The person I spoke to on the phone was caring and kind. They empathized with our situation and told me Justin would be out to address our issues in 30 minutes. I was surprised at that estimated arrival. I even received texts to notify me that he was on the way. Justin arrived just before the 30 minutes and he was very friendly and approachable. He listened as I recounted what was going on in our home. He told me of some ideas he had that could address the problem. He was very forthcoming with options and estimates of the work. I felt he was thorough in his examination of the issue and kept us informed of what he was doing. He was able to thaw the pipes and even gave us some recommendations on how to insulate the pipes to prevent them from freezing again. Green Tap became our new go-to plumber! They are honest, trustworthy, and genuinely kind people.
