    I initially called four different roofers from Sarasota to Port Charlotte. While all the roofers seemed professional and competitive I choose Able Sterling. Able Sterling was not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either.I was given plenty of options with the quality and color of shingle and they were very flexible with when the job would start as I had family visiting from out of town. The quotes were very transparent and I knew exactly what I was getting and had a full breakdown of the costs. ALL of the staff and crew members were very professional. The level of communication regarding the job was perfect. I knew exactly when the crew would be out and I was given regular updates on the inspections and when the job would start/finish.The crew that came out was efficient and courteous. After the teardown there was absolutely no debris left in the yard and the trailer was hauled off in a timely manner. When they came back, the roof was done in a day. I left in the morning for work with a prepped and inspected roof and came home in the afternoon to a brand new roof with a great looking shingle.Able Sterling also did my gutters. There was a minor delay in the gutters because the installer(s) didnt like the gutter plan that was quoted. They had concerns with the way water would drain from the property. Instead of just doing the job and moving on they paused and consulted with me and we came up with a better plan that I think could have saved my property from future damage. After they were finished, the gutters looked great. I am very pleased with the the final result. Also, we have had two good storms since the gutters were installed and I can say with confidence that the gutters are functioning perfectly. No more water pooling in the corner by the front door.In conclusion, I am very grateful that I choose Able Sterling Roofing. The job was done quickly and it was done well. They clearly care about their craftsmanship and the satisfaction of the customer.

    Had roof replaced due to Hurricane Ian damage. As an observation on how the same job turned out for my neighbor, I called them. They were quick on-site for the estimate and even quicker as for scheduling and completing the job. Team Lead, never got his name, was constantly picking up debris and scanning for nails. This was important as I have 4 dogs. I even let my dogs out and they got along with the entire crew. Some of them even threw the tennis balls that were brought to them. They wanted to play:). I heard a bunch of horror stories from other Roofing Companies. This Company is not one of them....

    Able Sterling has been amazing. They were tremendously helpful in contracting my roof into the closing for the selling of my home. My realtor stated they were professional and prompt with her and provided great service to her as well during the selling process.The workers were efficient, on time, very clean work, and picked up debris daily.Communication and customer service was top notch. Very easy going to work with to make my selling process of the home run smoothly. I highly recommend their services. Roof looks great, completed before closing as promised. Kudos to Able Sterling!!

    Able Sterling Roofing (formerly known as Right Now Roofing) provided excellent communication throughout this reroofing project. Our first contact was with Zach Riley, who met with us and explained all of our options. He even provided the name of a handyman whom we contacted to do some soffit/fascia work. They gave us a fair price and told us what would be happening every step of the way, from initial permitting to the final inspection. The crew worked very hard and the head crewman, Lorenzo, answered our questions and called when they had a flat tire and couldn’t come on the scheduled day. The crew did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. It is wonderful to have this project accomplished!

    After a bad experience with a roofing company replacing the roof on our house a customer told my husband about Able Sterling Roofing. The company we hired to replace our house roof took 3-4 months from start to finish on a mobile home roof. We hired Able Sterling to replace the roof on our business that Hurricane Ian damaged. Our business roof is definitely more complex than our mobile home roof but Able Sterling from start to finish had it done in 1 week! Wish I would have found them sooner to replace my mobile home roof. Zach was wonderful and kept us up to date on everything. If I could give 10 stars to Zach and the crew that replaced the roof I would. Highly recommend and I will be sure to send any customers who has roofing needs to Able Sterling Roof Company.     This company is the greatest. From the beginning with a person coming to my home with samples of tile and explaining how the work will be done to the last person cleaning up when the job was finished. The workers are neat and very friendly....making sure you are satisfied or if you have any questions. They take pride in their work. The office staff is the best...they notify you when and what is going to be done as the job progresses and they answer any questions you might have. They return calls immediately if one is missed. My roof is beautiful and I am 100% satisfied.

    After hearing many horror stories from friends and neighbors post hurricane Ian I was very hesitant when it came to replacing my roof. Our insurance company left us SOL and rainy season was here so we hired Able Sterling Roofing. Office staff was very competent and communicative on keeping us updated. When the crew came out they were professional and very diligent on cleaning up after themselves. My roof looks great and I dont cry anymore when it rains. I would absolutely hire them again.

    Used them to replace our entire roof, post Hurricane Ian. 100% satisfied with this company from initial contact with their sales person to office staff to the installers. Totally informed us what was to happen from start to finish and had accurate estimates on time span of each phase of our roof replacement. Workers were respectful of our yard and their work area.     After Ian we needed a new roof. We chose Able Sterling from the good reviews online and a reasonable quote. Upgraded from asphalt shingles to a metal roof. Looks great. Their workers did a great job. Always cleaned up after the days work. I can breath a lot easier having the metal roof installed.

    I was referred to Able Sterling Roofing by a close friend of my Family after hurricane Ian. This was my first time ever having to replace a roof and it was a stressful time due to having to go through the insurance company, and having damage to other parts of the home as well. Zach Riley came to do the inspection. He was on time and he spent extra time explaining the process of having a roof replaced to me. He even went a step further and allowed me to call my brother in law so he could go over the contract with him before I signed it. The tarp went up the next day. The office personelle contacted me when the dump truck, and materials were going to be delivered. The roofers were professional, and did an amazing job with the roof. It looks better than it did before. There were no issues with roof at all. Ellen Lapergola assisted me with any paperwork I requested, and information about my inspections. Kelcey Simpson assisted me with the the invoice. Great communication from both of them. I would definitely recommend Able Sterling Roofing to my Family and friends. They made this process a lot easier for me and I really appreciate all the help.

    I would highly recommend able sterling for all roofing needs. I had heard horror stories from others about other companies and honestly was dreading the process because of it. Rocco came out and gave me a quote 2 days after I called the office which was lightning fast compared to others. He was extremely professional and really easy to talk to. He walked me through the whole process and the timeliness which was very fast again compared to other stories I had heard.
