    Hired this company to replace 3 windows and completely reside my 25 yr old home. They replaced all the old vinyl siding with the new vinyl covered multi media siding. It matches the old color( per HOA) and looks so much better, came with additional insulation value and they removed all the old. The windows wore replaced with beautiful new vinyl clad, in the style to match the previous windows. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company. Very professional staff and they left my home in clean neat condition after construction and during the 3 day event.I returned to this company for my handicapped shower replacement… completed this week with wonderful product, installed in one day, great product and perfect service installed.

    I called for a consult to help make decisions about my current shower situation. I went online for local companies and had a call-back in less than ten minutes. Mike was informative, had great ideas and a few suggestions, as well as provided realistic cost ranges. Were not ready to do anything just yet, but I think this is where well go, mostly because there was no pressure to do anything but think about options.I dont do pressure sales.

    From the Salesman, Rollin, down to the installers, Vince and Taylor, everyone was polite, friendly and professional. The materials took a little longer to arrive than originally quoted, but once in, my appointment was made for a few days later. I was given a window of 8am -10am and the Installers arrived promptly at approximately 7:50am!. They completed the work in under 4 hours. Will wait a few days to use the shower, but it looks great! I just wish they were more forthcoming in providing the paperwork regarding the work completion and warranty, etc., Otherwise, so far a satisfied customer!

    Chris started the process of a tub to shower conversation and helped set all the final details. The young men who performed the actual installation were great. They were polite, kept our house clean and did the work with precision and care. We waited two days to let our new shower cure. We love the new shower.     Rollin was very professional and not pushy at all. I think they offer quality products but sticker shock is a real thing when seeing how much a shower install costs. Great and professional customer service and can’t thank Rollin enough for coming out and walking us through designing a potential shower for our home.I can’t attest to anything other than the service provided by Rollin.     Southern Industries Home Improvement came through again. We got our windows from them, super product and installation experience. Thats why we went to them for an entrance door. Chris was prompt, very knowledgeable and understood what we wanted. Come April 2025, well be installing a new door once some other improvements are made and complete. Looking forward till then.

    This is a huge investment, so it is really great when they send out a knowledgeable team to do the work. We are so pleased with our decision to get a Kohler walk-in tub installed by Vadim and his dad at Southern Industries. I was a bit worried about how it would look next to the low window, but all of my fears went away once they finished the job.

    Rollin was very professional. He had to make up for another person not showing up the weekend before(not going to call his name). Rollin did an outstanding job explaining both product lines. Rollin used his knowledge of the products to help us create what we wanted for both our bathrooms. Rollin went out of his way to win our business. Rollin went as far as calling his supervisor and then the supervisor boss called in as well to help him secure our business. Rollin did everything in his power to make sure we were under contract before he left my home. Rollin is a stand up sale rep. Once the work is done Ill update my review.

    We were very happy with Chriss work. When he came in the house I asked where his helper was. He said he preferred to work alone. I thought this was going to be a long day, but he was done and gone in about 4 hours. When he left, the house was as clean as when he came in to start the project. We made teh choice to use Southern over another contractor and we feel we made the right choice.

    Very positive experience with the sales person (Mark Levy), the guy who came later to re-measure my bathtub/shower, and the two professionals who installed my new walk-in shower. They worked non- stop for 8 or 9 hours, without a lunch break, and did a fine job. The quality seems very good.

It really needed replacing and I have been dealing with for several years since I moved in my home.     The representative from Southern Industries, Mike Peet, was knowledgeable, patient, on time and he did not pressure me. The products from BCI acrylic and Kohler really sell themselves and Mike helped me put together a tub to shower package that I loved.     This company is one of the best out there. They were able to trun our old tub/shower combo into a beautiful handicap accessible shower. They were professional all the way through from start to finish. Southern industries listened to all our questions and concerns, and were able to answer everything. The shower took a day to complete and looks and works amazing. I would recommend them any one. The plumbing was beautifully done. Craftsmanship was outstanding. If you need any work done I recommend contacting them.Great job all around. I could not have asked for better help.

    My experience with this company started out pretty contentious😩, BUT after requesting a mgr things took a turn for the better. Chris called me back and wanted to know exactly what happened and what could he genuinely do to earn our business? I let him know what happened, what services we wanted and when? He offered to come himself and do my estimate personally and with a discount. 😃 Unfortunately, we were unable to keep our appt because of a family emergency. I contacted him via text with a brief explanation and he responded the next morning with concerns for my emergency and to let him know when we would like to reschedule. He then reached out again to check on our loved one and that made me think that he really wanted to earn our business and creating a stress free business relationship is both our objective.
