Downsizing not compromising! Moving is stressful and downsizing can be a challenge. Thanks to Erica at Closets Etc., we were able to add a large closet in our main bedroom. Her design was spot on! The installation crew was precise and tidy.

It has been such a pleasure to work with Mike M at Closets Etc. He has enthusiasm, patience, creativity and attention to detail. He really cares about the clients happiness. Mike designed a very large walk-in closet for me in our master bedroom with oversized mirrored doors, a ladder for the second tier of cabinets that go to the ceiling, and many special touches. He asked me how many shoes I had that were flat, medium height, high heeled, how many handbags, how much hanging space for blouses, pants, dresses, gowns, etc. He was so attentive to ensure there was a place for everything, even down to my sunglasses. From day one Mike was very clear about lead times and installation dates, and they stuck to the dates perfectly. The crew was wonderful. Always on time. Stayed on the job till it was finished (about 2 weeks) and then did the renovations on the other closets in the house for another week. Very detail oriented and eager to please. When my closet was finished my husband was so impressed he agreed to let Mike design a new one for him too. A big part of the decision was how easy Mike makes it and what a pleasure he is to work with. We highly endorse working with Mike.

Their entire team understand the importance of attention to detail and customer service. From the beginning to end- no leaf is left unturned when they do remodels and installations. I have had the privilege of seeing projects before and after completion and am always blown away. Erica will go above and beyond to make sure your closet is nothing short of your dreams expectations.
