We got multiple quotes and they were the best value of any company we could find. They provide amazing service and are responsive and helpful with designing the space to what WE need.     I truly cannot believe how wonderful Glenda from the Closet Dr is.This is the second home they have helped us with ..we had our custom closets installed about a year ago . We decided we needed to reconfigure one wall in our guest closet. They, and their entire team, were professional, respectful and great to work with. The install team was meticulous and made sure to take great care in leaving the house in immaculate condition upon completion of the job. The service and attention we received before, during and after the installation was and continues to be beyond anything I have ever experienced before. The Closet Doctor does not nickel and dime you to death--they have provided additional materials post-install to help us continue to customize as needed.     Glenda from Closet Dr designed & installed a complete closet system with drawers, shelves & hanging rods. Her design made use of every bit of space available. She took my needs & wants into consideration and the result was just what l wanted!! I love my new closet system!!The installation people were friendly, professional & neat. They left the area as clean as they found it!! The gray colored materials look great!! Virtually all of the hanging rods & shelves are adjustable which was very important to me because l am short & needed to lower the rods.     I HIGHLY recommend The Closet Doctor for anyone looking for an affordable, high-quality closet in Boca Raton. We absolutely LOVE our closet and it ended up being well-worth it when comparing to IKEA systems or Container Store. You just cant beat the quality and price, especially when considering building your own closet by hand! Glenda was so fast doing the measurements, we received an email quote same-day. Our appointment was supposed to be 6 weeks out, but they were able to bump us up and it was completed within 2 weeks. The guys that came to install were professional and quick - installed in 3-4 hours. Overall great experience with this local company and we recommend them to everyone, even our contractors for them to recommend moving forward!

Their customer service was like none I have seen of late. We had a date scheduled for installation. They called me several times to move my date earlier as they had openings - they knew I was anxious to have the closet completed. Finally the 2 gentleman who installed the closet were nothing but polite, nice and thorough. They made sure I got to ask quest and would have me take a look at the closet as they progressed in the job. When done, they ensured I was comfortable with the work they did. To sum it up, I would definitely use The Closet Doctor Rx again and would highly recommend them.

    I was so pleased with our first project (a closet system for our dressing room), that I hired Closet Dr. again for our walk-in pantry project. From estimate to installation, both projects went smoothly and the results are beautiful. The entire Closet Dr. team were a pleasure to work with, from Glenda & Kathy in the front office to all the installers, everyone is courteous and professional.     We are extremely happy with three things:1. Quality of Product: the closet materials and finishes are top notch.2. Quality of Services: the installation crew was amazing. Talk about people who knows what customer service is. They were punctual, responsible and professional. This is very hard to find in South Florida.3. Quality of Sales Process: They fit their schedule to ours (on a Sunday !!) to explain the process and products.The most important thing is that we solved our problem.     Glenda, I couldn’t be happier with the design you made for my closet. The installers were so professional, there was a rod they thought should be better and went outside and cut a rod to satisfy their perfection. I didn’t really think I would need a valet bar. Thank goodness for that bar when I was transferring my clothes to the closet. The drawers are wonderful and everything is of great quality. Thank you so much for everything. I will recommend your company to anyone who needs custom closets!

    The Closet Doctor not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Glenda was amazing at suggesting and designing a functional office, all closets and a walk in with a vanity. My house and things have never been so organized. Ray, the gentleman who installed along with Isaac, were also friendly, fast and did an amazing job cleaning up after the job was completed. Kathy, the liasion between the company and customers, is also worthy of mentioning for her impeccable way to reach out in a timely manner and answer any questions.     Can’t say enough about this company! Glenda is a gem. She is exactly who you need when you are trying to make the most out of your space. Additionally, she can help with changes you need in the future (I needed a few extra hanging bars, and they made it work after the install). We are on our 3rd install with this wonderful team, and it’s always easy. They have the same installers each time, and they are great. They are communicative, helpful and clean.
