    The staff was super professional and the response was excellent. We called and Jill arranged to have someone come an assess the situation almost immediately. The replacement well pump was available and replaced in a few hours. Price was reasonable for being an emergency situation. Will highly recommend.

    Nick and Darlene have been awesome. From getting our well water tested to installing our systems; yes... multiple systems. I look forward to continuing with Pure Water Systems as our choice for maintenance of these systems and addressing all our water needs.I have a very particular water concern with our well. PWS has been very professional and helpful. The installation process was great.The “bad” reviews don’t seem like the people I have been dealing with. Darlene emails AND calls back. Nick has been timely and professional. Both understanding of my completely “clean” water obsession.

    Jill, Nick and company did a great job updating our well tank/water treatment in the Poconos. Nick was able to quote the job on short notice, and they fit me into a busy schedule to get the install done ahead of Labor Day weekend. Water was tested on the spot, and i was provided 2 options. I value the fact that they didn’t just give me the “Cadillac” option which would have cost nearly double. In the end, i chose the simpler/cheaper solution for our specific water, since we are part time residents. If we were full time, we would have gone with the water softener. The system does a great job getting the iron out of our well water, and of course the main need of replacing an old pressure tank was also taken care of. Installation was seamless, and was completed on time. Great coordination from the office, getting the quote, and installing the system. Also, these folks do a lot of systems here, so they “know” the water they are dealing with, which is a big plus.

    I can’t begin to express my happiness with Pure Water Systems. I contacted three companies in which two responded. Two scheduled appointments, one was a no show. With all of that being said Pure Water scheduled an appointment, confirmed appointment and appeared at said time. Great communications from begin to end and very informative. Great job and very professional company, from the receptionist to the installation guys. Looking forward to clear water. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

    Jimmy and Nick were amazing from day one. They came the 1st time to give me a free at home estimate for services. The pricing was the best in the area. They came a few weeks later to install a new water heater, neutralized and conditioner system for my well water. Both times they came to my house they were on time, polite and very knowledgeable about the services I needed. I really enjoyed their professionalism and positive attitude. would highly recommend to anyone!

    Had an active leak to our water pressure tank and needed immediate assistance to replace it. Nick was extremely helpful and informative with all of my questions over the phone and came out on the same day which was a Saturday to fix it. Nick and his team were awesome and would highly recommend them!

    Jill is very professional she called me back within five minutes like she said 20 minutes later Nick and AI show up atmy house they assessed the situation and told me my well pump was not working they made all the necessary tests on the unit to make sure that was the problem the whole team at Pure Water Systems are very professional and efficientAnd yes FYI I am a repeat customer they also installed my whole house filtration system which works excellent see you soon for my maintenance check up

    This company does great work. Professional, timely, and thorough don’t begin to say it all. Our technician was happy to answer questions we had, in a simple practical way, and went through our water systems to insure clean safe drinking water from our well. I couldn’t be happier to have used them.It is rare to have a company say what they do, and do what they say. PureWater does so.

    ***Update July 2023***They were great before and even better now! The previous owner retired and turned the business over to Nick. They dont come much better than him, combining professionalism with a family business personal touch. I had serious water issues from a fouled well and had to drill a new one years back. Because of that (and age), some of my treatment equipment is needing replacement. Nick and his crew give a fair price, work clean and go above and beyond to make sure its done right the first time. In this case, the next generation is an upgrade. Darlene in the office retired also, but Jill took over and is a dynamo scheduling and knowing what is going on with your system. I highly recommend them, ***** 5 stars and then some.___________________________________________________________If You Want It Done Well...Call Pure. What an amazing group of people. The work is top notch, and the experience and resulting expertise is unparalleled. Stu and his teams knowledge of Pocono water and how to treat its unique iron and mineral content are amazing. He simply would not let me over react and spend a fortune. He gives a fair price and follows through with the job until he is satisfied that the water is the best it can be. The crew works clean and respects your home when they are in it. Darlene in the office is amazing and always able to keep you updated. They really are a family business with true professional credentials.
