If you need a septic cleaned call Sunshine Septic! Raymond was fast, knowledgable and helpful. He also gave my Mom and I recommendations to take care of an older Septic. Who knew bleach is bad! Thanks for cleaning our tank right before a holiday and even coming twice because we could not locate the access for pumping initially. He tried to help us with no luck. Sunshine Septic was great to work with. Our system was backed up and needed some care. After talking with the previous owners of our house, it was definitely time for a cleaning. Sunshine and, specifically, Raymond was very friendly and provided some great tips on how to keep the septic tank in good working order while cleaning it out. If you need any work done on your septic system, I’d highly recommend Sunshine.

My septic sewer system was backed up so I called Sunshine septic. Raymond called me back at 8:40 at night to give me advice for my SEPTIC system said he would happily come out and service the system after hours but that we may not need to if the system drains itself over the weekend from possibly being oversaturated and could save us some money. Was nice as could be. After two days we tried to shower but the water was still clogged so we called him again. On a Sunday afternoon an hour before the Superbowl this man came out and serviced our system and was as friendly as could be. Happily gave me advice and knowledge about the system and what Maintenance I may need done in the future. Im a small business owner myself but I can honestly say Ive never been so blown away with how professional and courteous Raymond was and completely fixed our issues quickly. Cannot day enough about the quality of service. If you have any issues Sunshine and Raymond are the people to call. Trust me!

Weve been having an issue of too much water filling out tank due to all of the rain. We had another septic company come out and pump it 10 days prior to calling Sunshine, and said Septic company told us to call 7 days a week if we needed it pumped again. However when we called the previous septic company today (Sunday 1/29/23), they said they couldnt come out until Monday.Knowing we needed the tank pumped ASAP to keep the water from backing up into the house, we called Sunshine. They were at our house within an hour, as they said they would and pumped our tank. We were also given new information in regards to our problem likely saving us thousands of dollars on installing a curtain drain that would not solve our problem.Needless to say, Sunshine has more than earned our business! Thank you Sunshine for being there when we needed you!

We called on a Saturday morning in desperate need of a septic tank pump because none of our drains would clear. This guy helped me on the phone while I worked to dig the tank out and find the access port. He came out same day and cleared the tank as well helped me figure out why the drains wouldnt clear. Great guy, very nice, definitely 10/10 would use again.
