    Ive called Told a few times now. Legit the best plumbing company Ive worked with. A REAL person answers the phone when you call and you dont get bounced around through 3 different ring groups first. Plumber comes out fast. Their prices are AMAZING compared to what I normally pay with other companies. I wont be calling anyone else anymore.

    These guys did a great job for me on construction job in Salt Lake City. We moved the toilet in a basement and several other water lines. They communicated great and did great work. They also stayed within the budget that they proposed highly recommend.

    I spent weeks looking for the right company to replace two boilers at my work. Told Plumbing’s customer service and bid won them the project. They were able to get the project scheduled rather quickly and even considered the weather so as not to cause too much disruption to our office conditions. The employees assigned to the week long project were professional, trustworthy, and independent workers, meaning they didn’t interrupt our work. They left the work space clean and were very polite. The billing portion was simple and timely. And after two months, we have not had any trouble with the new boilers and we have reliable heat. I will use Told Plumbing again for both work and personal projects.

    I highly recommend Told Plumbing! Theyre wonderful to work with!We had a water spigot get pulled out by accident in our horse barn on Friday. I got several bids from past plumbers Ive used--all were too high. I then called Told Plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised with their great price and I appreciated their excellent customer service.Their worker, Brandon, came the following Monday and replaced it. He did a great job and was nice to work with. Well only use Told Plumbing from now on! :)

    A great company! These people are honest and capable, some of the only ones in the valley that can install my specific type of water heater correctly which is compatible with my condos heating system—other plumbers (my home owners warranty company plumber included) dont even know how its supposed to work but these guys do.

    I was been home from emergency abdominal surgery when I found water on the bathroom floor on January 1. I called Told Plumbing and a plumber was there within the hour. Brandon quickly diagnosed the problem, had it repaired in under an hour and he left the bathroom so clean! Thank you Told Plumbing for having professional, skilled and honest employees. Ask for Brandon, hes the best!

    I had Brandon M over for an inspection. He was very thorough and extremely helpful. I asked him a lot of questions to learn more and he took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated that he gave me specific suggestions for monthly and yearly maintenance tasks. We did have to remove some sheet rock during the inspection and he carefully kept the debris contained.     I called on a Monday morning and by noon same-day, i had my problem resolved. I just called to have a garbage disposal replaced. I had bought my own in hopes of replacing it myself, but ended up calling the pros to get it done quickly. The plumber had it installed quickly and also fixed my sink handle. Super nice guy, would call again if I needed anything.

    We would like to thank Told Plumbing for excellent and conscientious service. We had a blocked toilet, a plugged shower drain, and a main drain line that had split open. Our experience was that we were treated well in that their representative Ethan Adams, was sent to help. He took care of the problems and when he left everything worked. We had a recurrence of the blockage. He came back cheerfully and resolved the issue. He was extremely fair in the charges and stood behind the original charge.John Chambers

    Kelly with Told Plumbing is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He is friendly, efficient, and a great teacher. You can tell that hes been in the business for a long time. He quickly discerned the problem and explained why one of the copper pipes broke. I now know how similar problems can be prevented, and was able to relay that to the landlord. Since I am a renter, I cant speak to pricing or other aspects of the service. However, I was thoroughly impressed with what I observed. Thanks, Kelly!

    Since 2008 I have used Told Plumbing for multiple projects over the years. They have always done a fantastic job. Theyve been fair and honest. When they give me a fixed bid, they always meet it even if the project turns out to be a bit more difficult than we all anticipated (remodels are like that). And if they work on an hourly rate for me, I always feel like they work as fast and as respectfully as possible.

    Told Plumbing came in quickly to fix the mess American Plumbing created (sewage leak into the downstairs office). They had it complete within hours and took it upon themselves to call in their hazardous waste clean-up crew, who also came in immediately. Their communication was sharp and took the issue out of my hands. In just this one experience, I have high confidence with their proficiency and timeliness. Keep up the good work!
