    Highly recommend Renes Repair for great service and a pleasant experience from start to finish. Donna and Morgan were both professional and friendly while setting up and confirming an appointment to troubleshoot an issue with my LP gas dryer. The technician, A.J., arrived on time, was experienced with LP conversions and clearly knew what he was doing. He thoroughly tested the appliance, explained everything clearly, and left me with some safety and maintenance tips. (Also, for us ladies - he did not mansplain!) Thank you!

    I called this morning for a service call and they were able to get me in the same day. The dispatch receptionists were super friendly and the repair person that showed up was incredibly helpful. He explained what the problem was and how to fix it if it happens again as this was my first experience with a boiler system and what parts I need to plan to replace in the next year. He was honest, upfront and understanding and not pushy for the extra maintenance today. I will definitely use them for ongoing hvac needs.

    I want to say thank you to Renes Repair and especially AJ Mills who not once, but twice helped to trouble shoot a problem with our furnace that had stumped other people. AJ took his time, was thorough, and determined to solve the problem. After the visit I felt well educated on the issue and what steps to take in the future.     After 19 days with no furnace and getting the run-around by another company, called Renes on a Thursday, they came out Friday morning to assess. My furnace was fixed by Monday, and my hot water vent also, at a cheaper cost than the original company quoted for just the furnace. Should have just called Renes sooner.Extremely happy with their service and professionalism.

    This is my second time using Rene’s Repair for heating maintenance. I was very impressed with the work Jason did that I called and made an appointment for have some come back this year. If you are looking for professional, good quality and a kind person to do the job I suggest you call Rene’s Repair for an appointment. Jason let know step by step the work he was doing that tells me he care about his job. We all have a lot going on in life but kindness goes a long way.     We recently purchased a new to us home and it had a faulty bathtub fixture . The dispatch was very friendly with calls updating what time the plumber would be there ,gave his name and everything. The work was fast and professional. The tech was very knowledgeable and polite . They were able to fit me in same day . I will be calling them again for any other needs I may have .

    The employees answering the phones were kind and personable. Red came by a tad late but that was okay, because he was able to come same day and was wonderful; the plumber diagnosed and fixed the issue with our water heater. As a side note, Red is a great guy: professional, good communicator, and a great personality. Thanks to Rene’s Repair for the professionalism and saving the day!

    This is the best repair place that Ive ever had theyre very good on the telephone when she talked to me the repair guy that come out AJ was excellent he certainly knows what he is doing he was very polite and understanding fix the problem in a timely manner thank you AJ I cant say enough good things about you as far as Im concerned youre the best and the company you work for

    Furnace quit working, so I called Renes and they showed up fairly promptly. After a quick diagnosis the technician showed me a burnt out circuit board. They had the part in stock and my furnace was up and running within 2hrs of their arrival. Great staff, great service and overall very pleased with my experience with Renes Repair. Highly recommended.

    We use Renes for regular service and emergencies. We just had an outage and needed some hard to find parts. They worked hard to get them shipped, gave us space heaters to get us by, and kept us informed along the way. Highly recommended.

    Just got done working through a recurring problem at our sewer plant in Chazy with our savior Chris! I kept hearing that he has worked a many miracles throughout our town. I can now sleep on those rainy nights that used to wreck havoc at our sewer plant for years causing many hours of labor to bring it back under control. The professionalism and knowledge that Chris brings to the job is a true testament of him being a master of his trade. I will always request his expertise moving forward on any needed work. I cant thank him enough as well as Donna for making this happen. Thank you both!
