    As my wife and I first began considering manufactured home solutions, it was important to us that we find a company with consistently good reviews and a professional feeling from the start. Michelle, Eric and Mike at Plattsburgh Housing Outlet (and everyone they put us in touch with throughout the process) exceeded expectations in professionalism and making us feel like a priority. Our first appointment with Michelle to discuss our project and view some home models was the most welcoming and comfortable meeting Ive ever had. No rush and no pressure: our ability to take our time and ask all the questions we could think of made us feel like wed found the right fit for us. They easily walk you through the planning and designing process (with never a hint of sales-pitch or upselling.. your budget is highly respected), and they have ample resources to help you find local contractors and bank/loan options. Im writing this about 60 days into living in our new home, and we are still very glad we found PHO. If youre like we were and had never previously considered a manufactured home, give these guys a call!

    Michelle & Eric are very professional & customer oriented. Michelle happily met with us multiple times in the beginning as we were making decisions and asking questions. The entire office staff was always so welcoming and helpful.Due to multiple land management construction issues & scheduling delays, our project was not smooth or easy. Michelle and Eric stayed heavily involved & assisted with coordination to move things along.After the keys were turned over, Michelle and Eric went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. They stayed involved and helped coordinate some issues directly with the manufacture, which have all been fixed. I highly recommend PHO.

    We had the best experience! Michelle was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable when helping us decide on exactly what we wanted. Eric was so helpful with everything when it came to all our issues with our old mortgage and getting everything settled. I would certainly recommend anyone to go there when looking for a new home!

    We are in the process of purchasing a modular through P.H.O. We are from out of town but very familiar with the Plattsburgh area. Michelle has been spot on everything, every step of the way. I dont feel like were in good hands, I know we are. Have asked several professionals who work with P.H.O. doing sitework etc., what they think of these guys. Every one of them has answered the same way. if I was buying for myself, Id buy from P.H.O.. Good enough for us. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

    Plattsburgh Housing was great throughout the entire purchase and installation process! It was an adventure commencing from the arrival of our home on-site mixed in with a few outside vendor delays and a illness issue .. But, Eric and his family stayed on point the whole time! I would highly recommend Plattsburgh Housing for anyone thinking about buying a new home!! Kudos all the way!

    Bob sold us our doublewide. He told us about all the expenses before signing. We had to get a well and septic system. Everything was explained to us and the costs involved. I HIGHLY recommend them as an advocate for your new mobile/modular home!!!

    I have known Michelle and Eric on a professional level for 20+ years and have always been impressed with the level of service they provide. My business, Phaze Services, has been fortunate to be a sub-contractor/partner of theirs and they are just a joy to work with. I have also considered buying a house with them a couple of times but the timing hasnt made sense so far. If youre considering a new home, even stick built or preexisting you need to at least set an appointment to see what Plattsburgh Housing Outlet could offer you.

    Great selection of homes on display, with a helpful sales staff who answered a ton of random questions. stopped by the sales lot one day and spoke with a lady named Michelle who gave us a great tour of the homes, even though we were just looking. the homes were even heated which was different and welcoming, now that it is chilly outside.

When we thought that there was absolutely no way that our project was going to work, they found a way to get us back on track. We cannot say enough about how professional and dedicated they are towards the people that come through their office door. These people are not just salespeople looking to close the sale and move on, they genuinely care about the people that walk in. After the project is complete, they continue to contact us to make sure that everything is good and that there are no issues.     Very nice homes on display. They are all staged with prop furniture so you can get a true sense of the homes size and full potential. Many options for customization and upgrades. They will be getting 5 new models in very soon, in the next month or so.

    The only reason Im giving P.H.O. 5 stars is because I cant give them 10. We didnt buy a house from them, unfortunately, but most definitely not due to any fault of theirs. We just ran into a building site situation that precluded a house due to expense. Michelle and Sabrina are just absolutely awesome. They treated us with such kindness and respect it broke our hearts to not be able to follow through with a house from them. They are so knowlegable and worked so hard to provide us with exactly the house we both needed and wanted. Go see them if you are looking for a new house. We promise you you will not be sorry.
