    A big “thank you” to GP Homes for the amazing work transforming our gallery kitchen into a more updated and functional space. Our project included knocking out a wall to add a peninsula, gutting the kitchen for all new cabinets and appliances, and an updated electrical panel. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result! From the start of the project, Nick was very forthright, professional and extremely helpful navigating us through design options and expectations. He used software to generate a rendering of our space that really allowed us to visualize changes, materials, etc. His crew was courteous and hard working, and at the end of the day, we’d often find Nick helping to clean up and ensure the project stayed on schedule. We are so incredibly appreciative for GP Homes (and to our friend’s for their referral). We are loving our new space!!

    We needed a whole room redesigned. We turned the closet into an office space and the remaining portion is now the dining room. Nick and his crew were wonderful. Keep the mess to a minimum. He came out everyday to make sure the work was done correctly. The project was finished on time. He was not the cheapest bid. Very worth it. We are so happy with the work. It turned out better than we expected. He made suggestions which were appreciated. I cant say enough about how professional and amazing the finished room is. So happy we choose GP Homes And Repair.

    I hired this company to re-do our main bathroom to make it accessible for my disabilities. it was a complete tear down renovation. the contractor, Nick, was the upmost professional and kind. we’ve had very negative experiences in the past, which i think many have had, and learned this was different. though every renovation comes with their bumps, he was dependable, responsive, and as the project progressed proved his trustworthiness—things we look for when trying to find someone to care for our homes the way we do and not easy to find. after a year the bathroom works perfectly and after reaching out to ask about a cosmetic issue that occurred after the bathroom was finished, he immediately came by the house that very day and helped us get it resolved. I will continue using this company and highly recommend to others!

    I’m very impressed with GP Homes and Repairs. Very professional. Nick was always on top of everything during the construction phase of my project. He made helpful suggestions and recommendations that made the finished project beautiful and functional. For me though the best thing is that after everything was finished Nick and team is still on top of things. I had a couple of things that needed attention and no matter how minor the response was the same as during the project. Very rare these days that after the final payment is made that someone is still available to back up their work. I highly recommend GP Home and Repairs.

    Nick/GP Homes has been working with me from day 1. We had a leak from our second floor to our first floor basement and he professionally handled everything, and quoted us less than half what anyone else was. He was on time and handled everything from cabinet removal and reinstall to ceiling removal and reinstall including texturing and painting. He came at short notice to help with appliance install and get me everything I needed. Will be using again if I have any more issues.

    I had exterior wall repair with them. They are great and very professional. Danielle was excellent with a whole explanation of the issue, what to expected, what could be a possible issues. I got 3 different quotes from 3 different companies. The. Fee setting is average, I guess. The contractors came on time and finished the repairs like I was told. My experience with them was fantastic and I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

    I was looking for a contractor from out of town. I called about 10 contractors &Nick from GP Homes was one of two that called back and the only one who continued to respond. They were consistent with follow-up while waiting for insurance approval. Once the claim was approved they were fast and efficient with the work. The job was well done with regular status updates. I appreciate the communication and quality of work and will use them again.

    I had kitchen, master bath, two other bathrooms and flooring in 4 bedrooms redone. This company has been wonderful from the quote to the end of construction. Their work has been excellent and if there was something I didn’t think was right, it was corrected immediately with no questioning. The pricing was more than fair and what was quoted was what I was charged. I feel so blessed to have found GP Homes and Repair-excellent work, extreme integrity and caring from all of the various contractors, to Sagie (my project manager who was there every single day at least once a day, sometimes more) to Nick who is the owner. This company should definitely be your first choice if you want to be happy and satisfied with your project. I will be more than happy to show anyone who would like before and after photos.

    Nick was prompt from the first meeting till finishing the project. You can depend on this word of what is planning each day of the remodel. I converted a 100sf balcony that was on the second floor in mid-September. Nick was the only company that was worried on the structural supports. We had an engineer assess the support and Nick built a new column to support the addition. We had to work through Plano city permits which took a couple of week once Nick had torn out the old wood and walls preparing for the new wiring, rebuilding the floor in great detail. He constantly asked for my approval and went to make sure I was completely satisfied as the work progressed, He was very experienced in working with subcontractors like electrical, HAVC, windows. He use top grade materials throughout the project. Insulation, wiring to the existing system and bringing the house up to current Plano specifications. Nick did a great job of planning and detail to being exact in measurements. The custom cabinetry was perfect as we had to adjust since this was a very custom job by Nick. His helpers were very clean too and picked up after each days work. I would highly recommend Nick for your project as I did.

    This is absolutely the best contractor in the Plano area. Nick was professional, helpful, followed instructions exactly, did outstanding work, always available when needed, on site everyday and worked with subcontractors to assure job done exactly right. Nick only accepts one project at a time, so oversees meticulously and does outstanding work. My job was turning a garage into a mother-in-law suite. It is the most amazing transformation I have ever seen or heard of. I will use Nick for any other projects and would recommend him to everyone I know. In a 5 star rating system, I would give him 6 stars. You cannot hire a better company for your job.

    I first hired Nick to remodel a bathroom about 9 month ago. The experience was overwhelmingly positive! He was thorough, on time, and had a great attention to detail. Explained everything that needed to be done, and left nothing unfinished. His subcontractors were great too. I will be remodeling another bathroom soon, and will be hiring Nick for the job!

    If youre reading this and still trying to decide on a contractor, I implore you to hire GP Homes.I have spent several hours trying to compose a review commensurate with the level of work that was provided. I cannot overstate the attention to detail, professionalism, and expertise that everyone brought to the project.They found and repaired several items during the renovation process. The level attention to detail extended to how they cleanly they organized the electrical and plumbing. I was very impressed, and so was the inspector!I had to remodel my only bathroom in my condo. I got several bids and GP Homes was the only one who seemed excited to start. I am aware that not too many contractors want to take on the small projects, but Nick (the GC) made me feel valued and that my project was just as important as a new-build.I must admit that I was suspicious as the reputation of contractors is about on par with lawyers and used car salesmen. You always read horror shows where the contractor comes in, you pay them, they rip everything put, and then disappear. One only needs to watch several home improvement shows, read NextDoor, or watch the news.I have to say that my suspicions were ill-founded. Nick was highly responsive to my calls or texts no matter what time of day I called. I never felt like I was just another customer.I am a very hands-on person and I like to be involved in every aspect of the project. Everyday, Nick would review what the subcontractors did and what they had planned for the next day. As a project manager for a major airline, I much appreciated this. I know how projects can get off track and the level of communication was fantastic.Nick is an honest and trustworthy individual that I would not hesitate to do business with in the future.I understand that my incessant questions, and my insistence of how I wanted things to work or look couldnt have been easy. However, Nick was very patient with me and if an idea wasnt feasible he would tell me. I valued his opinions, as this was my first remodel. I changed my mind on several things based on his expertise.His subcontractors were very professional, respectful, and hard-working. They even cleaned up at the end of the workday, everyday. In most cases they left my condo cleaner than I did!Please consider hiring GP Homes. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am beyond thrilled with how everything turned out.

    GP Homes and Repairs exceeded expectations. We replaced the counter tops, back splash, sink and faucet in the 2nd floor kitchen of our town home. Nick and his team had it completed in 7 days, which was faster than the 10 days he had initially quoted.To move a thousand pound slab of quartz up to our 2nd floor was very challenging based on the layout of our staircase and banisters. We spoke to two other contractors, who weren’t even aware this would be a problem until I mentioned it to them; and, neither had the engineering mind that Nick has. One wanted to take our banisters off, and the other thought he could simply just bring it up. Nick made a superfluous number of measurements, and came up with the ingenuous idea of custom building a riser to negotiate the hair pin turn at the top of our landing. Furthermore, we were impressed by the humble nature he displayed by still asking his stone subcontractor to come to our home and review his plan and specs before accepting our job and deposit. Needless to say, they hauled a thousand pound slab of quartz up to our second floor without a scuff!He was responsive to all of our questions and needs. We are blown away by the finished product. And, we remained within our budget.

    Trusted contractor with SUPER HIGH SKILLS that makes you happy inside! The team was organized knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. It is very easy to see and say that they are doing in for a very long time. My full house renovation was achieved in less than 2 month which include.     Overall - 8/10 great; not perfect but these guys will listen when you ask them to do somethingCarpentry/Cabinetry - great; they were able to move a set of wall cabinets from one side of the room to the other; new island cabinets turned out to be a great accent to the roomCountertops - great; took a while to get scheduled but the installers/fabricators were quick and thorough - they even fabricated a small coffee nook on the spotCaulking - goodFraming - great; they opened up 18 LF of wall space, set a 12 structural beam and column, and wrapped the beam in cedar - very happy with this!Drywall/Paint - good; some texturing does not exactly match the surrounding walls, but this is not noticeable to guestsTile/Backsplash - very pleased with the level of detail from these installers; none of the tiles are crooked or sticking outPlumbing - great; they brought in gas for a range/stove and installed an overhead hoodElectrical - great; no complaints - they just moved some light switches and installed a couple of new light fixtures

    Nick did an amazing job on removing our interior wall, rewiring light switches to a different wall, repainting , and finishing all the trim and tile work that needed repaired afterwards. He painted our outside patio area and installed outdoor lighting.Also repaired some structural posts on our shed outside that was severely leaning. This involved pouring concrete and lifting up the roof to replace the supports.Nick is EXTREMELY professional and takes pride in his work. It’s not easy to find such real honest people anymore but Nick is one of those people! Will definitely be having him do more work in the future for anything that comes up. If you are looking for a dependable, trustworthy and honest professional look no further!
