    Top notch service all around. We had clanking water heater and furnace sounds due to venting pipe expansion behind walls. John (owner) & Tim (technician) spent a great deal of time figuring out how to help us. Determined best fix was to reroute the venting pipes from attic to directly outside. The time from call, quote, to fix was amazingly quick. The technicians were professional, on time, and did impeccable work on a time-consuming job. Our quality of life changed overnight--no more noises! We would call Petro again in a heartbeat. Thank you Petro and Ashley does great follow up as well.

    Petro plumbing was part of a new build of my home. I must say that they were the easiest contracting companies to work with. The people were exceptional from the office people ( especially Ashley) to the field people. They did all aspects of the plumbing and HVAC from the heating and cooling to the generator.They made extra trips to get the job done because others were behind in their work. This definitely is a company I would recommend for any of your plumbing or heating and cooling needs.Thanks Petro for a job well done!!

    Amazing!! My basement flooded and the company that did my rebuild used Petro, I had never heard of them before this but I had such a great experience with them on my basement bathroom that when my teenager broke my upstairs shower I knew who to reach out to. They came out to look and got me a MORE than fair price to fix and even upgrade my shower. I can’t thank you enough for doing such an amazing job!! Side note I have an ankle biter that barks at everything and he even loved our plumber.

    The office staff scheduled an appointment just 3 days out from when I called to ask for an appointment. The plumbers were prompt, polite and professional.My new bathroom only had its plumbing done, and none of the fixtures had been attached to the pipes. The professionals at Petro Plumbing and Mechanical had my sink, toilet, rain-head shower and normal shower all hooked up within 3 hours.This is the second time Ive used them. And I will use them again in the future

    Had a friend install a new unit because I hit my old one with something from the lawn mower deck. Friend that installed the new unit even though he was “licensed installer” really screwed my entire system up, John on the other hand had his guys out the very next day to inspect and see what was needed to be fixed. Had the parts warrantied and ordered that day for me. I didn’t have to do anything. They took care of it all for me. Should have called them in the first place, I was just trying to help a friend and got screwed. John saved the day for my family and I with their service. AC is now working just as good as the last time they installed it

    We have used Petro Plumbing since we built our house in 2003. They have always been very responsive, have an excellent staff and deliver a quality product! When our hot water heater started leaking, they made a special effort to get us in within two days to help avoid any major issues. I will always return to Petro for any of our plumbing needs!     When water came pouring out of light fixtures into my beautiful finished basement, Petro came to the rescue quickly and found the source of the leak within minutes. They were friendly, fast, and didn’t break the bank. I will definitely call them again if I ever need a plumber in the future!

    Family business. People are very nice. Other companies wanted a $70 fee just to come and look at my water softener, before installing it. (and that $70 was not going to come off their bill!) I was so pleased when Ashley asked me to text her a photo of my water softener unit, then she said that they could do it. No estimate fee. I just scheduled the install date, and done. Which came in at a lower price than I had anticipated. The employee who came to the house was so polite, and nice. He was very capable and trustworthy. Explained things very well. I have just scheduled them to do a second job in my home.

    Water was leaking from our ceiling in the basement and we didnt know why. Petro Plumbing had a young man come out and he found the problem within the first 5 minutes. He was in and out in 30 minutes and fixed the water leak. I was impressed at how knowledgeable and quick he worked. I will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward. The office staff is also very friendly.

    We had a leaking water heater. I called first thing around 9AM. They sent a crew in a about an hour. The guys were great!!! They had the job done and all cleaned up by 12PM. They answered all our questions and were very helpful. I’d totally recommend Petro and will use them again if and when the time comes!!

    I had a pump break in my basement. I called numerous other plumbing businesses but they were all booked up and kept canceling. I was asking around and a coworker told me about this place. Wow, I was so happy. They came directly the next day. Fixed the issue and the pricing was really decent. I will definitely use this business again. They were professional, prompt & courteous.

    Petro is the company you need to call if you want outstanding service from the first call to the end.I had a leaky water heater and had contacted 2 other companies to estimate the job. I had a poor experience with both. I was referred to Petro and I am glad I was. Ashleigh made it easy to understand, easy to explain and the quote was thorough. I contacted Petro on a Thursday and by 11:00am Friday the job was done, the worksite was cleaned up and I had hot water.If you want a great customer service experience with quality products and great installation call PETRO!!!!

    I have been a customer for several years now and they are a very professional company. I appreciate their promptness (someone actually answers the phone, no answering machine) and the staff is very knowledgeable, sharing tips that might save me future headaches. On the latest visit, I just needed the seals replaced on my kitchen sink but then remembered when they arrived that it backed up every now & then, which was pretty smelly. The tech offered to snake the line which made a big difference. Most places would have said that it would be a second visit, but they were able to fit it in their schedule and cleaned out the connecting pipes. In the past, they replaced a basement toilet with one that has a powerful flush which worked so much better! I would give them a try, I am glad that I did and will contact them in the future if needed!

    I Called Petro when I discovered water leaking heavily through my basement ceiling. They sent 2 employees (Dustin and Matt) to my home immediately that were able to diagnose the problem AND get it fixed right away. I can not say enough positive things about these gentlemen. Unfortunately there was damage done to my home, but thanks to Petro the issue has been resolved. I recommend Petro Plumbing to anyone in the Richland/S.W. Michigan area in need.     Absolutely happy with the service from the first phone call to the end result. I didn’t love discovering a broken and leaking hot water heater on a Friday morning but they were able to make it to my house by 2:30 and were done within and hour.     Jack from Petro Plumbing came to my house to raise the flange on my toilet. The prior contractor who installed the new floor did not raise the flange and caused a leak under my flooring. Jack was very conscientious and did a great job. Also, the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I am now going to have Petro install a new water heater for me. I was very impressed with Petro and Jack and am very happy with the work Jack did. I would highly recommend Petro for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs.

    Install replacement sewer line inside my home. People showed up promptly at the scheduled time and installed the pipe with no problem even with some last minute additions.     Great company, service, and work. Theyre a family owned business and their style of doing business is a little more relaxed and informal, but still professional. If you like the small-town service feel, youll like Petro. Theyve done three jobs for me, ranging from minor repair to rough-in plumbing work on new construction and each time the work has been fantastic, prompt, and at a very reasonable price.     Wow, I thought all plumbing companies were the same. Not true. These guys are a cut above. They are incredibly professional, timely, and thorough. Ive had them out to my house for emergencies and for new plumbing jobs when I put an addition on my home. Each time, they treated my home like it was theirs, explained any issues thoroughly, and gave me fair pricing.
