    The best place ever. We had consumers power come out and take the meter off from the house. This was due to the house could catch on fire. I called 5 electric companies, and no one answered the phone. We were in a panic without electricity no water and no heat. I called Laws and Holly answered the phone. She said it was an emergency and had someone to my home within half an hour. When Brad showed up Bruce from consumers was here and they coordinated together and got everything repaired. We are so thankful. Low prices and fast. I would never use anyone else. If you have electrical problems, call Laws Electric.

    My mother in-law’s power had gone out randomly. After personally inspecting the breaker box and trying a few things i was stumped. I called 6-7 different “24-7” electrical companies and no one answered or i was told they didn’t have anyone on call. I called Craig at Laws and he troubleshooted the issue over the phone with me and was at my mother in-law’s house within 30 minutes. He had the main breaker switched out quickly and had the power up and running quickly. Super nice, professional service! I would recommend Laws Electric to anyone!

The owner is absolutely amazing and he went above and beyond to work with us and let us know everything they were doing and asked for approval before doing it and the workers did the exact same thing!     We have an older house and it had never been updated since it was built in 1964. Needless to say, it wasn’t up to code, was dangerous, and couldn’t meet our needs.I was contacted very quickly after my inquiry. Craig came for our estimate. He was personable, honest, and our estimate was what we were hoping it to be.Tom and Nick were fantastic. They were on time, friendly, polite and very hard working. Everything was done in one day and we couldn’t be happier with the results.To my fellow ladies, I felt very safe and comfortable around all three men who came to my home.I would not hesitate to use Laws Electric again if needed and will be recommending them to friends and family.

    I cannot say enough good things about Craig and his crew. As a remodelling contractor in the Kalamazoo area, Laws is my A team for everything electrical. From lighting packages and layout, to trim out and service work, I recommend them to everyone who asks. The work is always clean, professional, and at a fair price. A huge bonus is their ability to interact with my clients in an extremely polite and professional way. They never hesitate to take a minute and explain the why if the clients have questions. Let me not forget, they clean up after themselves. As I write this, three of the electricians are working on a project of mine. I have used them for many projects and will continue to in the future.

    Laws Electric is the premier electrician services and the county of Kalamazoo. The receptionist / scheduler, Holly is really nice,asks all the right questions for my project needs.They schedule a time, show up at that time, do the work, clean up and on their way. They have a great email invoicing program so that you can pay online. I highly recommend Laws Electric for any of your electrical needs

    For our safety, my power company disconnected my electric service after a downed limb pulled the wires away from the house, although we did not lose power. I was told an electrician was required to reattach the mast to the house. I called Law Electric late that night after my service was cut and to my surprise they were able to schedule someone for the following day. Two other companies I called told me they could not assist me for two weeks, even if it was treated as an emergency. Holly and Nate were wonderful to work with. They kept me updated on the process and were highly professional. Great service, very friendly and professional, charged me a reasonable price for an emergency situation, and I happily recommend this company.

    Craig came and rewired my entire house. Prior to the upgrade I had four breakers. He installed a whole new electric panel and rewired my entire home. Everything was done exceptionally well and at current code. The price was very fair. After he did everything for me I feel safer in my home and I feel like I have gained a lifelong friend.

    I looked up Laws Electric on-line and wasnt sure what type of service to expect. What we got from them was outstanding, they were on-time, the techs were experienced and the job was completed with no clean up required by the owner.     I had problems with the break switch box, it burned, the person from Laws explained to me why it happened and how to fix it, He was very kind and reasonable with price,sending their very professional persons they did the job very fast and clean and they did exactly what Laws told me to do. and it doesnt end there, the office worker is also very kind and reasonable.     I just had them install a GFI outlet in my basement and was impressed from the first call to schedule. Holly got us scheduled quickly and even after I got stuck in accident traffic, and was late, they still came. Nathan was the electrician and was phenomenal. Skilled and so nice!! Holly even went on Google maps while I stuck on highway to tell me where the traffic jam ended. If you wondering about using them, I highly recommend. You will be glad you did!

    Had my panel replaced along with a new mast and electric run to a new sub panel in the garage. All top notch work done by a professional crew done quickly but properly. I had water leaking into my panel and rust/corrosion on it and was worried my system was unsafe. Ill sleep a lot better tonight with everything properly working. The quote was professional and Craig took the time to answer all of my questions before I finalized without any pressure. I really cant say enough good things about Laws Electric!

    Out of the ordinary great service! Laws installed a brand new permanent Generac generator at my house. Turned out that the brand new motor in the new generator was defective. When the power went out, Craig Laws rented a big Generator--not some little gasoline powered generator. The generator Laws rented for mewas a large scale emergency generator--like the kind that goes to a hospital when their generator fails. He installed it to my natural gas line and it was more than powerful enough to power my whole house. Even after power came back on, Craig Laws insisted I keep it until the new Generac came in. He paid for the generator rental even though the problem was not in any way Laws fault. (which probably cost Laws hundreds and hundreds of dollars to rent such a large generator.

    We used a different business who did a horrible job in our home for repairs. We needed a new electrician to come repair the work that had previously been done and finish some additional repairs.
