    Fabian, Szymon and their crew did an amazing job and were great to work with! They fully remodeled our 25 year-old bathroom and converted our tub to a beautiful walk-in shower.     Our master bathroom shower area and ceiling badly needed renovation. The shower pan had deteriorated over the years, grout and tiles were old and needed replacement. Ceiling had mold issues that had to be removed due to a malfunctioning exhaust fan. After calling several bathroom remodeling companies (some of whom never bothered to return my calls), I came across 1st Choice Bathroom Remodeling. Fabian was very professional and promptly gave me a reasonable estimate, list of materials needed for the project and an estimated time frame for the project to start and finish. His team of Szymon (project manager), Serhii and Uri did an exceptional job renovating my bathroom. They were very professional, sincere and hardworking. They answered all my questions and concerns.     It is with pleasure that I prepare and post this review of the work done by the 1st Choice crew who planned and remodeled our bathroom. Even though the project was only for a small bathroom, it required much innovative thought in order to comply with our houses older construction. Fabian and Szymon were great to work with and quickly put our minds at ease about the concerns we had going into the project. The two crew members assigned to perform the actual work were very talented, professional and courteous. It was apparent from the start how much pride they take in their work and their attention to detail cannot be overstated.     Impeccable Work. Clean. Respectful.Fabian and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! Our house is an older property and needed to be completely gutted in order to be redone in the more modern fashion we wanted. We expected it to be a messy process, but it was not.     First Choice Bathroom Remodeling recently completed a full gut renovation of two full bathrooms for us. Like any large job, we were anxious to learn how well our contractors would live up to their promises and I can now say that Fabian and Simon blew us away on all parts of the project. Their communication was incredible, they finished the project when they said they would and the quality of their work was top notch. Additionally, when they returned to take the finished pictures, they even noticed a small chip in one of the thresholds. Without hesitation, they took down the glass shower and replaced the threshold. What other contractor would do that?When interviewing other contractors at the start of the project, First Choice Bathroom Remodeling was the only group to say our vision was possible and they provided a step by step plan of how it would be accomplished.     Great experience working with First Choice on our bathroom remodel. Fabian and Szymon were easy to work with, experienced and professional in every way.     I read the reviews from the other customers but I figured they were fake or posted from their family and friends. Choosing a contractor is a gamble, so after interviewing many of them, I said a prayer to God in Heaven and then chose First Choice for my master bath remodel.Let me tell you something. These guys are classy, a term that I don’t use much. They respected my property by parking on the street and cleaning up. They respected and took special care inside my home by laying down a covering over my floors so they wouldn’t track dirt. They put up a plastic shield that served as both privacy and protected the house from dust. They even tolerated and were very nice to my annoying schnauzers.Fabian and Simon clearly explained to me the work that would be done each day so there were no gray areas.The crew arrived every day and worked skillfully and carefully with precise attention to detail. They know how to do everything like the plumbing, electrical, painting, tiles and more.The finished product is really unbelievable, it’s a show stopper! It’s a dream bathroom that looks like it should be showcased on HGTV. Take a look at the pictures!The price was higher than expected but in the end, I’m extremely impressed and highly recommend First Choice, they will be my first choice for my upcoming projects.

    It was so easy to work with this amazing, professional group of men. I LOVE my new bathroom. Fabian and Szymon advised us as process moved along, as far as choices from flooring to shower doors. Everyone involved was not only a perfectionist but pleasant too. A sturdy dust curtain, which kept all dust away but also kept my kitties safe was put up everyday. Since this was the only bathroom in my home, they worked quickly but never compromised the excellent quality of my new bathroom.     I have a new construction home that needed some finishing touches. I had cabinets and a countertop/sink added in my laundry room, the bathroom needed new lighting and mirrors and the deck required painting.     I just had this company do a remodel on one of my bathrooms. They replaced the bathtub with a walk-in shower, Replaced the exhaust fan, and installed a door from the adjacent bedroom to the bathroom (making the bedroom ensuite).I gathered 5 estimates for this job. I went with First Choice.The reason: They werent the cheapest, but they also werent the most expensive either and after speaking with Fabian, I was sure his company was the one to choose.He took the time to show up (youd be surprised that some of the others didnt want to meet, they just wanted to send a quote after talking on the phone). He asked all the right questions and made sure he had the complete scope of the work. He also explained to me everything that would happen and in what order. There were no surprises.I dealt with three different people during this 4-day job; the owner, the project manager, and the tradesman who did the work.Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Both the owner and project manager checked in with me daily to make sure things were progressing satisfactory.The tradesman was exceptional. His work was outstanding. He took his time and was mindful with the quality of his work and he cleaned up completely at the end of each day.I was left with a great deal of satisfaction at the end of each day when I reviewed his work and at the very end of the project.I highly recommend First Choice Pros for any remodeling job and in fact I will be using them for my next project very soon.

    First Choice Painting and Remodeling completely renovated my bathroom. The change brought me to tears because I was so pleased with the results, especially because everything was done within such a reasonable budget. I had received estimates more than two times what First Choice quoted, and they stuck to that quote without adding additional costs or fees. Everything in the bathroom was gutted and rebuilt with beautiful craftsmanship. I especially love my hexagon tiling on the floor. The whole project was done completely to my specification, with professional expertise offered when appropriate. They even suggested some improvements to ventilation to maintain the results. Fabian always got back to me immediately and stuck to the timeline we discussed. My house was clean when the project was done and months later everything still looks beautiful. Honestly working with First Choice to complete this project was a dream come true. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to friends and family.

    They are awesome! Chris did a fantastic job with all the complex aspects of my bathroom remodel, taking it down to the studs and rebuilding with a bigger shower: drywall, tiling, vanity installation, etc. Szymon, the supervisor, came just about every day to check in and was super responsive even on days he didnt come, writing back by text whenever I had questions or concerns, and coming to take care of things promptly. They were both easy to work with, very professional, and friendly (to my dog too!). They protected the floors and their cleanup at the end of the job was among the best Ive ever seen. The garage, where they stored tools and supplies, looked much cleaner after they left than it had before they arrived. The bathroom is beautiful and works perfectly: great attention to detail and making sure the customer is happy. Szymon even took care of some additional details, going above and beyond. I was truly impressed and recommend them highly.

    I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review because I wanted to see how my new bathroom would hold up and it’s been 3 months since our remodel and it’s still great!I met with 3 different companies and ultimately decided on First Choice for my very first bathroom remodel. I wasn’t sure what to expect so this made me a bit nervous, but when Fabian came in for the consultation he was super friendly and answered all my questions. Afterwards he provided a detailed estimate and responded to my emails promptly with all the questions I had.Everyone from the team was super professional and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable and I was able to easily communicate with the project manager via text.We ran into some issues with the new shower door & toilet that I initially purchased, but Szymon let us know the exact measurements to get for the replacement shower door and he even went to Home Depot to get our new toilet. That was appreciated.I plan to remodel another bathroom and will most likely use their services again!

    We had a significant leak from the bathtub in our master. The water damage was extensive under the floor. In order to get to all the damage and repair it the entire bathroom had to be gutted and rebuilt. I had looked for local contractors, but with CV19 many were booked out through early 2021. I searched a slightly wider area and when I found the great reviews for 1st Choice. I called and they were able to give me an initial estimate based on plans and photos I sent, and then came to see the property the next weekend to provide a more detailed proposal. They were very neat and tidy, kept me updated with regular pictures, and also gave me helpful suggestions along the way in terms of choice of material. When unexpected issues came up they addressed them and as with the overall job were very competitive price-wise, I am not someone who looks for cheap, I look for fair and good value and thats what 1st Choice provided.

    I first met Szymon when he tiled a bathroom in a prior house we owned over a decade ago. When it came time to add a bathroom in our current house, I called him and met with Fabian to discuss the details. I ordered everything that was needed, but the work was going to be done when I wasnt at the house (a great leap of faith for this control freak). They converted the former utility room into a guest bathroom, so the scope included all new plumbing and electrical. They kept me apprised of the work as it was being done, showed me pictures and asked questions before installing things, and did an amazing job. Were very happy with the result.

    Simon and his crew(s) have been my go to bathroom and kitchen remodeling contractor for years. I am a landlord, property manager, and real estate broker and I also own a construction company. When I need a job done the right way, on time for a fair price I always call 1st Choice (Simon). He is responsible, friendly, smart and very experienced. His men are fantastic workers who never waste any time. They are able to solve problems without having to ask me a million little questions but always ask the questions that need to be asked. I almost don’t want to write/submit this review because if he gets too much work he might not have time to do my jobs. I confidently recommend this organization.
