Had a leak from the connecting pipes for my heating system. Contacted other plumbers who never got back to me. Lucky to find Minutemen in my search for help. A tall, handsome young man named Louie came and fixed the problem. There was no mess. He was up and down the steps more than half a dozen times. He was pleasant and efficient. The job was done and I will hold on to this company’s number for any future problems. I am so lucky I found them.

He determined after beginning the work that it was a larger problem than it was initially thought to be. Will worked for a number of hours but stuck to the initial estimate . I had a leak from my shower that kept my faucet running no matter how hard I turned my shower off. I thought there was gonna be no solution and I had to redo everything. That was until Bill came to my house and fixed it all better than I could have ever asked for!!! Professional company who repaired/ replaced 12 feet of my sewer pipe. They rescheduled and worked around other repairs to fit us in. They were immaculate,courteous and so Professional. I noticed my grass sinking after heavy rain and they were at my door within 1 hour. Also, their price for the job was industry standard and fair considering the scope of the job...Jerry thank you for everything! If anyone has issues with a cesspool and/or sewerline these are the people you want doing the job! Congrats gentleman!

When I turned on my outside hose faucet my kitchen flooded. The water lines are behind the dishwasher. In disconnecting the dishwasher to access the lines the washers drain hose connection broke off the sinks drain tube, and the hot water valve wouldnt close all the way. I called Minuteman and within the hour Lou showed up. About an hour later all three were fixed. No grumbling, no huffing and puffing. Lou was pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. It would have taken me 6 hours and 10 trips to Home Depot. Nice job MM!

Highly recommend Bill and Minutemen Sewer. Bill was professional, reliable and responsive. We found a leak in the basement Thursday night from the shower above. MinuteMen came first thing Friday. Needed to replace the pan, take down and reinstall shower door, take up tiles and replace along with the major plumbing hassle of replacing the shower Pan - and we had a seat which meant more tile/marble torn up. From the minute they showed up, they were great. Worked from Friday straight thru to this morning (each day). Minimal dust and disturbance, cleaned up beautifully each day and were extremely competent and professional. Have used them for big (this and sewer pipe clean out) and small problems - night and day - and they have always been wonderful. They even finished earlier than they told us it would take!!

I needed a plumber for our clogged kitchen sink. I got Bills info from a local Facebook Mom group where he was highly recommended. He called me back right away. After telling him the problem he told me on the phone the possible issues and the cost to fix them. He was at my house no more then 15 minutes after I called him. Fixed the two week problem we were having in about 20 minutes. Super professional , super friendly, very reasonably priced. He was so nice to my dog and let my dad look on and learn :) I highly recommend.

I would recommend Minute Men Plumbing and Heating. They installed a new water heater. This company lives up to their reputation. When I called I spoke to Jerry one of the managers , within an hour he had a technician - Ken come to the house to access the situation. Ken was great , he explained everything that had to be done and how long it would take. Fact is they could have done the job same day - but it was getting late and I said the next morning would be ok. The night I had a question and called Minute Men it must have been after 9pm. Within 5 minutes Jerry called me back - what service. Needless to say I was very happy with the service that Minute Men provided. Jerry and Ken were great and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Minute Men.

Our baseboard was not carrying hitcwater for heating the room. Luis the technician was knowledgable and courteous. He immediately identified the issue , which happened to be air pockets in the pipes. We had a small leak from the baseboard in our kitchen. We called another plumber, who changed the valve and then “flushed out our pipes”, then charged us $750. For the next couple of days all I heard was water rushing through my walls. The baseboards became very loud and we developed a second leak in the bathroom that was pouring down to my basement. When I called this plumber back he told me he didn’t sleep very well last night I would need to reschedule. That’s what led me to reach out to my Facebook Levitown group for Bill Siccone’s phone number. Within hours, one of Bills employees, Chad, was at our door. He identified our issues right away and fix them very promptly and professionally. We will definitely be calling back for any plumbing issues or renovation projects in the future.

Minutemen plumbing and heating are the best. They came within the 1 hour time period in which they said they would arrive. They didnt take advantage of us by overcharging. Daniel Stewarts work was clean and thorough. We didnt have to clean up after the job. He left everything immaculate. which believe it or not is not always a given after a plumbing service. Dan and his colleague were professional and explained the toilet problem to us. He didnt offer a quick fix like just doing the snake. They were honest about what had to be done. My biggest fear was ending up with a bill for over $1000. It took them a little more than 1 hour to fix a plumbing problem that had lasted 8 months so obviously we were satisfied with the job they did. So if you have a plumbing emergency call them 1st and you wont need to make another call. Thanks Minutemen!

They immediately accessed the situation & came up with a plan to drain the 10 inches of water & defective sump pump. Within 6 hours the basement was clear, a num sump pump was installed & they thoroughly checked the entire property & sewer drains in case of back ups there. I used this service cos the faucet to my bidet was leaking. I was hoping I could have the faucet changed but the plumber ended up cutting the input to the faucet and plugging the ends. Now I have to get someone to reconnect the lines to a new faucet. For the 30 mins and the plugging the pipes I was charged $475. super expensive. Will try not to use this service again.

Im writing this about 20 minutes after the Minuteman guy came out for a leak we had. Really nice guy that asked about the plants my wife has out front....found out hes a plant guy. We had an issue with a burst pipe heading to our sprinkler system. The tech was very helpful and was able to show how we could stop the leak and turn water back on to our house. While he did charge for coming out the amount was pretty low for what I know is the going rate for coming out to a home in the NY / Long Island area. All in all I have no complaints, I was happy at his professionalism and I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
