Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Rooter & Plumbing Masters! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. They arrived right on time, assessed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. The repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Not only did they fix the leak, but they also offered some helpful maintenance tips for the future. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. I can’t recommend Rooter & Plumbing Masters enough—definitely my go-to plumber from now on! Five stars all the way!

Our plumber was able to solve our problem (daughter flushed several paper towels down the toilet, clogging it). He came to our home same day, even late at night. Communication was not the best with the answering service and there was a mistake in billing wherein we were charged twice. Staff was friendly when I called to correct the issue and they resolved it immediately. All told an okay experience and I just hope they address the communication issue. I would consider using them again if needed.
