James is a very knowledgeable and efficient plumber , he came and changed out a utility sink and moved a valve for the washing machine . Place is spotless after him and he gave lots of recommendations on some old plumbing that will need updating.I will be definitely be calling him for the job.

12/6/2024It’s been a few months, James is still as great as he ever was. He replaced the toilet quickly and was very kind. Seriously, if you need a plumber, call him.I simply cannot say enough good stuff about this guy. I had another plumbing emergency at 7 PM on a Thursday night. He was he was ready to save me. Fortunately, I was able to solve it myself, but he was so kind and helpful over the phone. I cannot recommend this man enough. If you have any kind of plumbing emergency, please call him he is a gem.If I could leave more stars I would. I called them at 9 o’clock on Saturday night. He gave some advice and asked me to call back an hour later an hour later, it turned out he needs to come out. He came out and fix the problem for a reasonable price. He was pleasant and came out late on a weekend. I cannot give enough praise for this young man. Great work, great attitude, just a great overall experience.

If you need a job done James can do it!! They are reliable!!! They get the job done correctly and efficiently. He gives great advice.He is a jack of all trades. He can do any kind of project you have in mind and do it well! He has great prices and becomes loyal to your job, and get it done in a timely matter. He also always returns your phone calls and helps out in anyway he can. I would highly recommend them for any project you have. You will not be disappointed!!

James is a very knowledgable plumber, who uses creative approaches to solve difficult problems. My main criticism is that he apparently takes on more jobs than he can handle alone, and has difficulty fulfilling his promises to complete a job on time. His fees are very reasonable compared to most other plumbers, and I would recommend him if only he can solve his problem of getting the job done by arriving on time and thoroughly cleaning up upon completion. Also, it is important that furnishings in adjacent areas be covered before work is done, because we spent a day cleaning up dust and debris after James had left.
