Friendly and very informative. Quick to come in and fix our problem. They gave us advise for future issues. And very reasonable price. Timing when they could show fit our schedule. Very knowledgeable on the issues we were having. We will highly recommend and call them again if we encounter any other plumbing issues. I live out of state, but was staying with my parents in the area to care for my father after surgery. It was two days post said surgery -- on a cold, rainy Jan. day -- when their well pump broke and the house was completely without water.I frantically started calling all the Troy-area plumbers I could find on Google to try and get someone out. Got ahold of Browning and they were kind, professional, fairly priced *AND* had a crew out in about an hour.After departing to grab some supplies, the two gentleman from Browning returned and worked until after dark (in inclement weather) to fix the issue and restore water. One of the employees also came in and checked all the showers and sinks to ensure the water pressure was restored as well. (And bonus points -- he removed his shoes before coming inside without being asked. A small gesture, but much appreciated and very professional).Huge thanks to Browning for the help in a pinch! I wholeheartedly recommend them.

All I can say is wow! Woke up today 12/24/2022 to a blown pipe in our laundry room. Called their emergency number, and they had a crew out by 0945. Very polite professional folks. We had major plumbing issues during a bathroom remodel. Not only did they show up on time, they were polite, courteous, knowledgeable and fixed our issues quickly and without breaking the bank. I will never use another plumbing company. Browning Plumbing will be the only company I ever call.

Browning Plumbing is a business with respectful, responsible and reliable people, from the phone receptionist (Jo) to the appointment secretary (Kelly) to the plumbers (we had Kohl and Tim) to the owner, Dennis. We had an emergency situation and they were available within just a few hours. They were on time, excellent at their job, careful with cleanup and extremely knowledgeable. On top of all that, the pricing was less than half of what Roto-Rooter had quoted for the same work. We will definitely use their service whenever we need plumbers from now on!

They showed up about 10-15 minutes after I called. It was late afternoon, about 3, on a Friday. Our downstairs toilet was plugged and we had done everything that we possibly could, but needed help. I hust got home from a major back surgery, so I can not use the upstairs bathroom. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you SO MUCH!! You really did save the day!!
