Jim was wonderful! We had to move our radon system to another side of our house. He was quick and did such a great job. He was super responsive when we needed him. We ended up having a little minor issue (twice) with our motor but he was more than willing to come out asap to fix it and it has been perfect ever since. He was super understanding and so quick to respond. Thanks so much Jim! -

I highly recommend Jim and R&R Radon Reduction. I submitted a quote request form on a Sunday evening, fully expecting a few days to go by before I herd anything back. Not only did I get a quote within an hour, but Jim called me that night to answer some questions that I had. His customer service was stellar and he didnt try to upsell me. My radon levels were not over the 4 pCi/L that EPA generally recommends for mitigation, but they were close. Jim explained the system and the benefits, and I decided to go ahead and get it installed.The price on the quote was more affordable than the three other companies that quoted the job. R&R came out the next Friday and completed the job in a few hours. They were extremely clean on the job site. There was no dust or debris from the drill holes. He placed the system exactly where I wanted it, and it looks great.In one day, I went from having radon levels that were close to 4 pCi/L to less than 0.6 pCi/L. We are very happy with the system and R&R Radon. If you are looking to get a system installed, Jim is the right choice! -

Also I called on a Friday and the following Tuesday Jim installed our system in a couple hours. Thank you JimUpdate, when we had the system installed our meter was reading 6.5 a week later the reading was 0.24. I couldn’t be happier . -

After an initial site survey, Mr. Rossi executed the installation in a timely manner utilizing excellent dust and debris mitigation techniques. His years of experience in the industry were readily evident through the expeditious manner the job was completed, the minimal impact on my family and house, and his handling of all my questions. I am a real estate agent working with both sellers and buyers throughout a large area of Eastern PA. R & R Radon Reduction was referred to me by an agent friend of mine, and theyve provided radon mitigation systems now on five properties Ive sold over the last year or so. Owner Jim Rossi is an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable when it comes to radon- a subject that most of my clients understandably know very little about. Jim takes the time to explain things so that my clients understand what they are paying for and how this system will alleviate the radon problem. But what I especially like about Jim is that he genuinely cares what the installation will look like and he does his very best to integrate the system into the aesthetic of a home. To the extent that he can hes worked with me to hide the system between landscaping or building elements, and this brings his service to a whole different level as far as Im concerned. There are very few tradesmen I know of which care they way Jim does about his customers. Im extremely selective on who I will recommend to my clients, but I have no reservation whatsoever on recommending R & R Radon Reduction to the clients who put their trust in me. -

He was conversational and allowed me to get a better understanding of Radon and the how the mitigation system works (while also letting me know more about our basement foundation!). I had r&r come do an assessment of a flawed system which was previously installed as a condition of buying my home. They were helpful in explaining everything we didn’t know and explained how a system should have been installed according to the regulations set my the state. Once we are clear by DEP. to move forward with any need changes I feel R&R is a good choice to correct our systems issues. No matter if it was my neighbor or grandma and pa I would recommend them to anyone in need of a honest trustworthy and reliable professional. -

R&R Radon Reduction is local to the area, so were able to come to the house and discuss the job before giving us a quote. They were able to creatively hide the radon reduction system up from the basement, and through the hall coat closet. Instead of a big pipe along the side of the house, theres just a small pipe on the roof of the house. Theres hardly any noise and the system is very effective: reduced our radon readings from 20 down to 0.5!Competitive, competent, punctual, 5 stars. -
