    I cannot say enough good things about Straight Up Plumbing and Heating. We received excellent customer service from Amy. I called about a valve breaking causing flooding in my home and she was able to get someone out to us the same day. Sam did such an exceptional job fixing our issues. They were fast, and reasonably priced and just got the job done. I am so appreciative and will highly recommend to anyone.

    The guys came out quickly to look into an issue I had with a zone heating set up. When they found the issue and realized it was from previous work done quite a while back - it was fixed without question. This is why you look for people to trust who vouch for their work.     Will and the team are knowledgeable and very capable. They have been able to fix things others have not. They are clear about what needs to be done and why - and you feel good that it will be done right the first time. They are not the cheapest outfit -but Id rather have reliable and good and am willing to pay just a bit more for that kind of professional.

    When I called, they had someone at my door in a couple hours. I’m pretty sure my house is possessed, but the technician was super knowledgeable and got it squared away in a couple hours. These guys are awesome- would definitely recommend to family and friends alike.

    Our desperate need for a new hot water heater asap made for the need of a good plumber. Calling Straight Up was the best decision we made! The owner came within the HR to assess the situation and a new install was ready early next morning. It was an awkward tight spot and they patiently got the job done efficiently.We are very appreciative to find such a conscientious company and will use them for furnace and other plumbing work when necessary. Very happy customers and will recommend to others.

    Great experience! They are reasonably priced, very friendly, and easy to work with. We were able to diagnose and solve a problem that has plagued our basement for a few years!     Got home from work to no hot water. Googled boiler repair and saw these guys. Spoke with a lovely young lady named Amy and she had Cory out here in less than two hours. Fixed the issue in less than 7 minutes and gave us great tips on maintenance. Will definitely be using them in the future.

    Amy arranged our meeting time in a very kind manner . William was able to evaluate all our plumbing issues professionally and respectfully. We had full confidence in Straight Up, looked forward for the work to start & it’s all done - replaced whole house filter that required moving pipes & installing a cutoff , replaced toilet, fixed our sump pump, corrected hot & cold water was mixed up in main bath, fixed leaky 2nd shower, cold & hot connections corrected in kitchen faucet, all done well by Sam, William and another gentleman .     Our wall furnace we use for back up heat wouldn’t light. and we called 6 places before finding Straight up. Since we have a wood stove we didn’t need immediate servicing. They sent a young man Cory the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and in 45 minutes he assessed and fixed the problem.     Amazing service and experience. We had an emergency issue with a pipe in our basement and this team came right away. They were able to analyze the issue and recommend the next steps.     I heartily recommend Gattuso Plumbing and Heating. We had a terrific experience with them. They were friendly and professional on the phone and were able to work an appointment into our schedule. When Brian the plumber arrived, he was very experienced and professional. We had no doubt we needed a new water heater, our existing unit was installed over thirty years ago. Brian explained how he would install it, what valves and pipes needed replacement and what didnt, and calculated a bid on his tablet. We agreed to the bid, I had researched pricing online, their price was competitive. Brian installed the new unit the same day. The installation was perfectly done. Very professional work, no surprises, and a beautiful brand new water heater in our utility room. Great company, great work. Thank you!

    As a follow up to my last review months ago, I am pleased to say that the chemical injection system installed by Straight Up Plumbing and Heating is doing exactly what Will (Owner) said it would, we no longer have an odor in the water.In addition, Will just recommended that I replace my old water tank (which was noted in my inspection report a little while back) due to a loss in pressure. I can’t thank Straight Up Plumbing and Heating enough for their fast and honest service. Anyone who is looking for a Plumbing, Heating or cooling Company, stop and call Straight Up Plumbing and Heating today, you will be just as satisfied as I am.

    Were very pleased with Brians work. We had a badly leaking toilet on the second floor of our house. Brian wanted to take out part of the first floor ceiling to get at the pipes but we wanted to forgo that if possible and asked him to just replace the wax seal upstairs under the toilet which he did. Turns out he was right from the start that we needed to fix the piping itself along with the wax seal. When we discovered later that day that there was still a leak, we called the company, and Brian was back first thing in the morning to replace the piping in the ceiling. No more leak! Brian knows his stuff for sure. Were very pleased with his work, his pleasant and friendly manner, the fair pricing, and the prompt responsiveness. Highly recommend this company!

    Awesome plumbing service - one of the few who call you back or show up to give a quote for work. Weve lost count of the number of companies who ghosted us after promising to show up at a certain date and time, or never returning phone calls or emails. Theyre a local business with prices WAY below that of big chain plumbing and heating providers. One of the big plumbing businesses with multiple locations quoted us four times what Gattuso did. It also took multiple calls and emails to get someone to even call us back, and then twice they scheduled a visit and no one showed up. No thank you. I dont want to hire a company that cant be bothered with basic customer service.The quality of work and the attitude of the team members Gattuso sends out to the jobs are also leagues better than the big guys. Its nice to see there are still service people who are friendly, do great work, dont inflate the prices to see just how much youre willing to pay, and are willing to answer your questions. Gattuso (soon to be Straight Up Plumbing) treats their customers like people, not wallets they can plunder. Cory did a fantastic job replacing all the old hardware in one of our bathrooms. Showed up on time, ready to work, and even cleaned up after he was done - something many providers dont/wont do anymore. Amy (in the office) is on top of customer scheduling and communication. Calls and emails are returned quickly by a real person instead of a janky automated system. This is the second time weve used this business, and we will absolutely continue to use them again for more plumbing improvements around the house.

    I have been more than happy with every encounter I have had with this company. Will was able to install a tankless water heater for me when a very large and well known plumbing company said it couldnt be done without boring holes through my foundation and having pipes extend out over a foot in the front of my house. He is a problem solver and was able to replace the the old exhaust pipe from old water heater with a specialized pipe. No more holes! He always has a smile, even when he was at the bottom of a 4 hole replacing my frost free hydrant. Very reliable, efficient and professional. Straight Up always returns calls, and they come to do the job when they say they will.Cory has come to service my Rinai water heater twice, and to diagnose and fix a leak on my water softener. I cant say enough good things about this company.

    Saved the day in my household. I had a leak and did not know where it was coming from. It was destroying my basement. Anthony and Charles came within the hour even though I never used their service before They fixed the leak fixed my water purifier and lit the pilot light of my hot water heater because I mistakenly shut the gas instead of the water. They were here close to two hours and charged me the same price as some other plumber who was here fifteen minutes to replace a valve on a toilet. I thought I was looking at a 800 dollar bill. They charged me one quarter of that. I will use them in the future for any plumbing and heating needs. They are the best!

    Had a few broken pipes due to the below zero temperatures this past week. Googled plumbers in my area and Top Notch was one with great reviews so I called them to come help and I must say I was more then satisfied with the impeccable service they provided.     A professional and reliable service. We had an emergency on a Sunday night. They came at 11 pm to fix a pretty bad water leak. We called multiple places and Top Notch were the only ones willing to help. We truly appreciate their commitment to go above and beyond for their customers.

    This was my third time using Straight up Plumbing and we couldnt be happier. We had multiple issues with putting in a new bathroom and moving some plumbing around. The guys were able to make our ideas work and followed thru on everything be done right. We look forward to them coming back after the tile is complete to hook up all the new fixtures.
