    I called because no one else would return my calls and businesses that maintain 5 stars are the only ones we hire at this point. They came out same day for an estimate on a larger project but the immediate project Greg said he could handle right then and there and the cost was very reasonable. I needed my controller raised up due to the builders putting everything extremely low. Greg explained what he could do thoroughly and asked my preference for options. He even went the extra mile to reinstall the controller the proper way but due to studs in the attic not being 16” apart after testing the space he couldn’t do it, which I was fine with because it’s not his fault the builder didn’t stick to code. The final product looks great, and is even sturdier than before. He greased up my rollers as well, which again, going the extra mile to do the full service. Greg was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Their numbers saved in my contacts now. I’ll be calling if we ever need service. I can now use my space for my businesses with no limitations!     Needed someone to come out and fix the garage door and get an annual checkup.     The technician Greg showed up really fast and was very informative. He assessed the damage and overall condition of the entire unit. He then explained to me what was needed to address the situation and provided a quote for the repairs/replacement of the springs.     David was great, he not only replaced garage door opener but also greased and adjusted springs on door after having someone else install last year for four times what we paid for opener. Tony got me scheduled very quickly and Gregory went over replacement options and packages clearly, with no pressure or perceived judgement on any of the options. Gregory was very efficient in his workspace setup and meticulous in his cleanup. He installed the new opener, new track, and walked me through programming the remote and exterior door keypad in around an hours time.

    Family owned and operated. One of the springs for our garage door gave out and made a massive breaking noise after it had been running rough for about a year. Tyson came out next day after calling, knew exactly what to fix immediately and got it done within an hour and a half. Our garage door now opens faster, smoother and quieter. No longer wakes me up from how loud it used to open. Tyson (the owner) also has great customer service and is very knowledgeable as well as warned me what could break next/what needs service next. 15/10 recommend them.

    Recd information a couple days prior to the installation about what areas needed to be cleared, etc. This was very helpful as we often forget what stuff we may have cluttering the garage & driveway.Tyson arrived on time, went straight to work dismantling the 17 year old garage door rail system, etc. Roughly 5.5 hours later, I had a very nice (lot quieter) fully functional garage door.He also took the time to program all of the remotes & discuss the steps needed to connect the garage, etc to the app & explained the basic features of each of the levels in the app.Overall, from the first time I spoke to Tony, who patiently answered all of my many, many questions during our original meeting and again after I received the estimate; Amber at the office, making sure what time worked best for me & what Tyson would need when he arrived; and Tysons install was a very pleasant experience.I would not only use State 48 Garage Doors again, I have already recommended them to a friend.

    Great installation. State 48 customized the install with high lift and custom red springs and ultra quiet rollers. Only thing is they don’t caulk, so have to do that yourself or have your painters caulk the trim.     I was impressed that they came out the same day. He did some adjustments and then told me the motor could use and upgrade (it’s 20 years old) and knew what he was doing. I had another company out and he sprayed some rollers and charged me with not info.
