    Finding a reliable company is difficult when you dont know where to start. We did our due diligence checked ROC license and reviews. After our research there was no wavering on our decision to use Chillax. Eli was professional (he knew his products he was installing) and personable as well as his office staff, Darin, and installer, Mike. Mike was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a shade structure.

    While looking for a pergola I came across Chillax. Reading all the positive reviews I figured the owner must have lots of friends or his mom was helping by turning in favorable reviews. I called anyway and was surprised that Eli (the owner) came to the appointment and was actually on time. Eli is very friendly and gave me the bid on the spot and then continued the visit sharing about his history and family etc. After talking to my wife I figured lets give Chillax a try. Smart decision the pergola was built with great materials and the crew showed a high attention to detail. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome or the process getting there. Great follow up regarding our satisfaction and if anything needed attention. I highly recommend Chillax.

    Chillax did a nice job on my patio cover. Did take a little longer than I expected as they apparently were short handed and only sent one man out. All in all so far Im pleased. Had some tricky downspouts to deal with too. Waiting for some rain to see how that part fares! 4.5* for now as I wait for that rain. Good job guys!

    They were prompt in scheduling my request for a quote. Eli came out to give me an estimate on my job, and was very courteous and informative. He helped me with the design and the build took less than a week. My Pergolas is beautiful and more than I expected. They did a great job!!!!

    We had a pergola that was in disrepair and needed to be replaced.Eli with Chillax, gave us a reasonable estimate and created a painless process. The end result is a good quality, beautiful pergola which was built in a day by one technician (Levi) who demonstrated so much skill and tenacity in 100 degree heat. The demo and install went very well and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Had some damage to my Pergola, requiring that the slats be replaced. Call CHILLAX the came out gave me a bid, and started the work after the materials arrived. The CHILLAX team was professional did excellent work, on budget, and on time. Best evaluation I can give If I need any other work done I will call them
