We are remodeling/adding to an older house. D A Cressey added 8 heads and 3 compressors to give us a whole house heating and air conditioning system. We are very pleased with the work and the workmanship. In the pictures the lines are not covered at my request. I am building special enclosures to match the siding. D A Cressey routed and checked everything to my requirements. He stayed until every line was perfect (routing, compression, and charging). I would definitely recommend. David and his team were available by phone and responded very quickly to our request for a consultation and quote to install a heat pump. David is a certified Mitsubishi installer, and his prices were a great value. He gave us a date when he would do the work, and he was on time and finished the work in short order. We will most definitely be using him for future electrical work and annual servicing of our new heat pump. I can highly recommend him.

Dave was hired to put a heat pump in for a family who did not have any heat source. He told me he was booked out a few weeks but he would work on a Saturday to get it in for the family. When I called the family the following week, they told me that Dave and his wife had gone that Friday instead and had worked from 8am to 7pm to get it installed for them. The family was so grateful and so was I! He is amazing!!

We couldnt be more pleased with our new Mitsubishi dual head heat pump. Dave is a master electrician who spent many years at BIW. He and his son came when promised and installed exactly what we needed. Great dealing with a local family-owned business who knows their stuff!

Dave and Matt Cressey are the most amazing humans! They installed an on-demand generator this past winter. Changed our meter box and the cmp connection to the home, this spring. Dave came out to our cabin in Phippsburg ME, he sized a Mitsubishi cooling/heat pump system, they came and had it installed in 5 hours time. System works great. They did a great job. Very professional install. I highly recommend them.

We have a home in Phippsburg and we needed to relocate our electrical service drop after doing an addition. We called Dave and he came by promptly and figured out a good way to add a new panel and relocate the outside meter, coordinating with Maine Central Power. He did what he said he would do at the price he stated. We were very happy with D.A. Cressey Heat Pumps & Electric.

I’ve utilized Daves services several times in the past and have been very pleased. Most recently he installed two heat pumps and did some electrical work in an old part of the house. He did everything we asked of him and he did a great job in spite of difficulties encountered in not being able to pull wire the way we imagined in an inaccessible crawl space portion of the house. He found a way too get it done anyway and we are grateful. The heat pump installations were very clean with very little exterior channels visible. I wouldn’t use any other electrician and highly recommend him. I think he is the best!

David Cressey installed two heat pumps at our house in Phippsburg last winter. He worked with me to choose the placement of the indoor and outdoor units and completed the work exactly as we had discussed. The heat pumps work great to help us heat and cool the house. I was so satisfied with his work that I also had him complete an upgrade of our electrical system this winter.

Hired D A CRESSEY Electric to install two complete heat pump systems at my home in Harpswell. From the estimate through installation; I was extremely happy. The units work Great heating and cooling my home. Came when scheduled, worked diligently, cleaned up when completed, finished project looks great and answered all of our questions! He also advised us on All Rebates from Efficiency Maine and took care of all the necessary paperwork! My Daughter hired him for two complete systems for her house in Portland, she is extremely happy with the units and Dave’s installation!I have and will continue to Highly Recommend D A CRESSEY Electric!Also hired him to install a Generator Transfer Switch; which also works great!Scott and Paula

Dave installed 2 splits for us to replace a gas heater and electric baseboard. They are more than doing the job even on the coldest mornings this winter. Couldnt be happier! He also added in some wiring for a new hot tub that was being installed at the same time and got us up and running with that the same day it arrived.

Dave did a great deal of work at the Bath Food Bank. He had to work around two other businesses to install our new walk in freezer/refrigerator. He also replaced a very old panel, and put in a new panel for the walk in. It was 12k worth of work...and he got it done in a timely manor.

Dave is a great guy to work with and were so glad we found him! He and his team installed our heat pumps and upgraded our electrical panel.
